It spent around 4 hours from Malaga to Gibraltar one way due to too many waiting time in different picking points and the route chosen. The others are joining the minibus tour but we are told our package is not including that and no options is available when booking this. The free time is less than mentioned but still acceptable but I would recommend to take the bus ourselves. by the way the tour guy doesn’t talk about the spot and the cost is comply paying the bus fee.

大概搭了3.5小時車，途中去了大概7，8個地方接載了乘客，所以大概有1小時是白白等待的。在直布羅陀留了4.5小時，時間真的不夠。 早上差不多7時集合， 10時半到直布羅陀，下午3小離開。然後又要再送別那7，8個接載點的客，才回 malaga. 途中經過 merbella ,感覺很渡假風情。

Terrible travel organization. We arrived in Gibraltar and the guide offered to buy a sightseeing tour for 38€. As a result, we waited for the tour bus for an hour. After the tour, there was no more shopping, but we went back home. Free time was only one hour and 1.5 hours of excursions. No food, no shopping. 아마 2시간쯤 걸리겠거니 생각하고 출발한거였는데 7시 출발 10시 반 도착이었다. 여기저기 들르느라 3시간 반이나 소요..그리고선 리턴시간이 3시란다ㅡㅡ..풀데이 라고 표현 할 수가 없다 돌아올때는 2시간 걸렸다. 그래도 렌트가가 아닌이상 갈수 잇는 방법이 골치아프므로 .이렇게 가야겠지만 너무 아쉬웠다

西班牙馬拉加的導遊非常之差!在集合地點向他報到及呈遞KLOOK使用憑證時,他竟說I don't understand. 但憑証上是有英文列名目的地及Voucher no.KLK8529081170. 而且我和他的溝通是用英語時,在再問他時,他竟說you are not on list. 我們信以為真,便向在附近另外的旅行團導遊查詢,但他們都不是KLOOK的Agent,致電KLooK當地服務商又未營祟,其時在場的團隊已陸續出發,只剩卞Julia Travel 的巴士9443 JMG在集合地,我們再接觸 Julia Travel的導遊,他再說我們不在他接客名單內,叫我們打電話給agent,我們答巳打電話,公司未營業,他才死死地氣翻閱手上的名單,在第二頁找到我們的名字,更說謊話我們不是預訂在Avenida de Andalucia n/n, Caixa銀行集合點.他在到達直布羅佗的四小時車程,無安排上厠所時間,亦無介紹目的地的厜史,景點,只是推廣自費行程,在由直布羅佗回程過關後,向他查詢洗手間位置時,他亂指往Burger King,其實那裡是無厠所的,要到150米外,商場先有公廁!總結,我們非常失望遇到一個極之差劣的導遊,他可謝有些錯誤種族思想,如果當天早上,我們相信他,自己不在名單,而離開1不是再三追問他,後果會怎樣呢?我絕不會推薦任何人參加這個項目,並會在其他旅遊網分享此次不愉快經驗!
