我因爲了搭船上這裡買船票、在洞爺湖呆了一天半、但因天氣關係、停止運休一天半、都沒搭到、回來想取消回應好多次了、得到的答案就是沒有得到很好的回應、只好在這裡、寫出我的負評。很不好的體驗……..以後可能也不會在這裡購買了、得不到很好體驗感受。

don't buy the ticket from klook. the price at counter is cheaper than the price on klook. Too stupid, if you know klook has sell the e-voucher please prepare the stupid printer at your ticket counter. This is not the culture of the Japan travel. Or you just want to earn the money from us which we cannot refund in klook and I need to repurchase the ticket at the stupid counter again??? Because there is no a lot of sales for the steamboat, this is the way you can earn some money to cover the costs?

Booking here was more expensive than current exchange rate. Do not book this. Buy your tickets at the counter. You have to PRINT this voucher physically which means going to a convenience store nearby and figuring out how to print, which can be extremely difficult depending on your phone and which store you go to! Not worth it at all and the is NOT clearly stated when booking and you CANNOT get a refund!
