quite easy to redeem ticket, staff approach you then you just show them the qr code. tickets for the high ropes are redeemed at the main counter then tickets for alpine coaster are redeemed there. you get 2 hours to complete the high ropes. courses up to red should take 1 hour then black is quite hard not everyone does this. what I didn’t realise is this doesn’t include the 1,500 m zip line through the waterfall that is another £30 but you do a lot of zip lines through the course we didn’t mind.

Staff speaks fluent English and they'll give you a crash course on how to use the equipment and you're off to complete the entire course on your own. However, they'll be stationed at various points so if you ever need assistance halfway through the course, can just call for them. For the price paid, it's super worth for 2 x experience !!

这个bundle真的省了不少钱，我用visa付款还有折扣，我们搭grab前往和回去没有打不到车的问题。high rope coarse不虚此行，绝对难忘。Alpine coaster也是很值得。环境优美，干净，工作人员能说英语，天气舒服😌真是好地方，很高兴在KLOOK找到这个bundle

It was the hardest and best physical activity I’ve done in a while! It really tests your strength and endurance but well worth the fun too! The best part was the zip lines! Thank you so much for this experience and the weather was perfect too. Forgot to mention the Alpine coaster activity! So much fun, and the views were amazing! I would highly recommend this activity to everyone coming to Da Lat!

완전 대박 좋았어요! 각 각의 매표소로 가셔서 티켓으로 교환하셔야하고요 짚라인은 기본 교육시켜주시는데 남자분들은 왠만하면 블루 코스부터 블랙코스까지 2시감 안에 해보시기를 추천드립니다. 처음 코스부터 하면 빨리해도 블루까지 밖에는 못하는데 좀 아쉽습니다. 그 이후에 코스터 타시면 시간 딱 좋습니다. 짚라인은 최대한 빨리가시는게 좋고 마감시간 맞춰서 가시면 애매하게 시간이 남아서 손해보니 일찍가서 하시길 추천합니다.

Was a little bit difficult to redeem but the activities themselves were really fun, would definitely recommend! The alpine coaster goes surprisingly fast and the high ropes course is great but also very challenging!
