The staff at the shop was friendly and flexible, despite not sure of how to scan the klook voucher, he took a pic to his boss and made the process smooth and relaxing. The kids had fun. Small but cozy.

Fuss-free, easy to purchase and redeem, no expiry date on the 10-hour package, once redeemed in-store. Staff allow me to purchase a future date for redemption on that day. Good experience overall. Staff are very kid friendly and the playground can keep the little one occupied for 45mins at least.

very small place as a play place only not recommended...only suitable for kids below 6 years not more than that go mislead as ordered without actually seen the place..
