Excursió d'un dia per les illes del sud de Singapur, amb les illes de Saint John, Lazarus i Kusu

S'ha assignat massa temps per al viatge. La guia turística Joilin Jiang és amable, bona i coneixedora. El menjar i el restaurant 千喜楼 a Paya Lebar no estan a l'altura de l'esperat d'un restaurant. La salsa de cranc és només tomàquet afegit a l'aigua, la carn de cranc no és gaire bona, l'arròs fregit és insípid, la sopa d'aleta de tauró és enganxosa i insípida i no s'hi veuen aletes de tauró. El terra dels lavabos del restaurant està mullat i podria ser bastant perillós per a la gent gran. Es va donar feedback al personal, però no va rebre cap resposta. Seria bo que el restaurant es pogués canviar al grup Ban Hin, amb qui l'agent de viatges va contractar quan el meu amic va fer el mateix tour l'octubre de 2020.

value for money. the tour guide ms iris wuu was friendly and care to the seniors and the dinner was excellent at ban heng restaurant. we are very satisfy with Asia Plus traveling.

This guided day tour provides a great overview of St. John, Lazarus and Kusu islands but offers not enough time to swim at the beaches and really enjoy the destinations. Aleen, our tour guide, was professional and provided a lot of historical and contemporary insight during our sightseeing. The tour culminated with an excellent la carte buffet at Tung Lok Signatures at Clark Central Mall (Clark Quay MRT). A $5 "service charge" was collected per head at the end of the tour, which I think should have already been included upon paying for the activity. Unfortunately, this is not a tip and tour guides do not directly benefit from this collection.

Tour overall is ok . Elderly with knee cap problem not so suitable as need to walk .Tour guide Joilin Jiang is good . Food at restaurant not up to standard . Service no good , certain dishes not up to restaurant style no changing of plates that are full of prawn shelf . Hope tour agent will improve on this. Too much time allocated for St John island and kusu island.

Enjoyed the scenery of the islands and learn some history and folklore. The food at 万喜楼 has also exceeded my expectation.
