Experiència de SUP (Paddle Board) al bosc de manglars

Very peaceful and beautiful scenery. No guide accompanying me after I mentioned that I have paddling experience. No life jacket was offered as it was assumed that I would know what to do if I capsize in the mangrove area or out at the beach if the wind and current are stronger. Other than the general direction of the mangrove forest and beach, no other info was offered. Anyway, it was a lovely experience which I would do again if I'm in Koh Chang again and would recommend to anyone who's interested in a great SUP paddling day trip. And the lunch thereafter at Iyara seafood restaurant was yummy albeit too salty for my taste.

超級好玩，而且還包飯店接送，非常非常方便。SUP不會很難，教練都很用心教，也會幫忙拍照，自己去玩也很ok，不怕沒有美照。台灣玩一次2500起跳，這裡不用400，超便宜，而且klook訂比現場划算。

태국어도 영어도 잘 못하는 저에게도 바디랭귀지로 친절히 잘 설명해주셨어요 시간도 여유있게 진행해주었으며 사진도 예쁘게 잘 찍어줬어요 감사합니다

초보자도 어렵지 않게 할 수 있고, 정말 재밌어요! 바닥이 보일 정도로 맑은 강물에서 수영도 할 수 있습니다 :)

Fun SUP experience, we stayed in Iyara seafood restaurant for dinner after our sunset SUP through the mangrove forest and near the beach. Highly recommended.

初めてでいきなりSUPに立ちましたが、スタッフに細やかにサポートしてもらい、マングローブと海の景色を両方楽しめました。貸切だったのでのんびりできてよかったです。
