l love Tiny Away - great way to experience countryside camping without compromising on having a comfortable bed and hot shower. The voucher took longer than I expected to be activated, and so I had to email the customer service team at Tiny Away but replied promptly and the code was able to be used. Great way to save on the booking.

Easy savings for your Tiny Away stay! We purchased the voucher and a code was sent to us almost immediately. It does take about 24 hours for the code to actually activate so you just have to be a bit patient (it was a bit worrying at first when we got the code but it wouldn't apply when we were trying to book), but it definitely works! Definitely recommend :)

Had to wait 12 hours for activation but such a steal! Saved us almost 10% on our Tiny Away accommodation. So easy to use, and confirmation is also super quick! 100% recommend.

I arrived at the tiny house address with the main house and all tiny houses unlocked and no hosts in sight. They arrived six hours later having not been notified they had a booking. The website issued the voucer without ever citing the tiny house address. I knew the location because i knew the area but good luck if you didn't know the precise address. I had six hours with no water. This was quickly fixed when the host arrived home. On the plus side the views were lovely and the tiny house was adequately fitted out. That is where the positives finished for this stay. The ladder to the loft was unstable as it is only attached by iron hooks that move as you climb up to the loft. Bear in mind the ladder is steep and when you reach the loft you are greeted by bare boards and climbing over the ladder. Not the best for young children or anyone that likes to keep their knees intact. Descending the ladder in the middle of the night was nightmarish-there was enough light from a lamp and overhead light BUT getting down the ladder to use the bathroom was not for the faint hearted nor for anyone that is not used to steep gradients. I ended up with multiple bruises on lower legs and a scraped big toe. I am a Type 2 Diabetic so when i went to my doctor and showed photos of ladder he was not surprised at the state of my toe. My toe showed signs of infection and i was put on antibiotics for a week. I would probably not have minded this inconvenience and chalked the experience up to a challenge had it not been for the discussion i had with the female host the next morning. When i voiced my concerns i was met with the indifference that is both unprofessional and inhospitable. The only real comment was that 'She was 60 and managed with no problem to get up and down the ladder with no problems'. P.S the male host was lovely and welcoming I love to support small, local businesses BUT NOT THIS ONE!!!!!
