Caminada de descoberta per la glacera Falljökull de Skaftafell

We did the glacier hike at Fláajökull with Arctic Adventures and it was amazing! Our guide Neil was super knowledgeable, funny, and made the whole experience feel really safe while still adventurous. He explained so much about the glacier and pointed out cool details that I never would’ve noticed on my own. The pace was just right—enough time to enjoy the views, take photos, and really soak it all in without feeling rushed. Walking on the glacier itself was surreal, with the crevasses and blue ice around us… definitely a highlight of my trip to Iceland.

Such an amazing experience. The guide is friendly, helpful and has a lot of information to tell. We enjoyed the activity so much. The route is easy even elderly can join the tour. (healthy ones, anyway) However this tour is kind of Glacier Hike 101. So we did not go that far into the glacier due to time limit.

我們非常的幸運在昨天風太大很多團被取消的情況下，隔一天可以順利開團~如果不想花錢租鞋子可以穿稍微高筒的鞋子，這樣是為了釘爪鞋可以好好固定在腳上。當天如果天氣很好裡面的衣服可以不用穿很多，因為攀爬的途中會流汗但是一定要防風外套，穿好裝備之後大概會坐15分鐘大巴士到目的地，之後要走到冰川上還要徒步1小時左右，領導很專業分會區分想要走比較快的團和慢慢走的欣賞團，我們是選擇欣賞團~過程中走走停停的有很多拍照機會，領導也會非常關懷每個人的狀態，發現你比較慢了，她會請你走在她旁邊，途中他會介紹這個冰川是全歐洲最大的，我們也足夠幸運可以有機會走在冰川上，她還會帶領我們去喝或裝冰川哈哈喝起來沒有什麼味道(不是甜的)，我們這個團是5小時的不會爬到最上面，如果要爬到比較上面看冰柱要參加6小時的團，但是聽完參加的人說超級累，腳都不像自己的，建議比較有體力的人參加。5小時的欣賞團比較輕鬆有很多拍照休息的機會所以整體來說不會太累，推薦給有長輩或是想輕鬆拍照體驗的人。

Everything was clearly explained and prepared by the guides before we boarded the bus to embark on the hike. Each person gets a harness, helmet, crampon, and ice pick after they checked that you have the right pants and shoes. Our large group was split into smaller groups of about 12 people and Thomas was our guide. As you hike, you will feel warmer so definitely wear lesser layers. One of my friends fell and injured his arm during the descent. Thomas was super quick to respond and admister first aid. He radioed the news through his walkie talkie and 2 other guides quickly appeared to help my friend and to lead the rest of my group down the glacier. All of them were super professional and calm despite what happened. We are very thankful for their quick thinking and we definitely felt that my friend, and the rest of us in the group, were in safe hands. Also, a big thank you to the female doctor who extended her expertise to assist my friend even though she was with her family on a tour!

提供的裝備：胯下帶、冰爪、冰斧、安全帽 導遊：Josh是地質科學家，跟我們介紹冰河湖是如何形成以及冰河退縮的速度飛快，講解如何使用冰爪及安全注意事項，千萬不要把手機掉進冰縫還有冰河融化的水是可以喝的，非常的幽默風趣 行程安排： 健行難度：健行難度不高，我覺得可以再更有挑戰性或者也許可以安排一些藍冰洞；導遊有他的考量，不便再多說什麼 風景：低緯度的國家看不到的風景，極度推薦

Guide 對這份工作非常有熱情！而且過程都強調安全第一讓大家放心安心好好享受冰川之美，過程中一段小插曲是坐bus 準備回去時結果因為暴雪和結冰Bus爬坡爬不上去一直倒退嚕，Guide 說就像roller coaster大家一起舉手狂歡很high！最後也是靠司機和導遊親自去挖雪鏟冰讓我們可以順利回到camp，導遊說學逗唱還會模仿冰原歷險記的Manny 真的讓我一輩子難忘，大推！

With the proper guidelines and clear instructions given by the company guide, we were able to have a safe and enjoyable glacier walk.

出發前會詳細講解，去邊個峍，我哋去6號峰！ 檢查大家對行山鞋適唔適合上冰山，同行中，得我一位既行山鞋唔洗換，我去迪卡儂買左對雪靴，頭既硬度應該夠！電入面亦都有圖表示，有咩鞋唔適合！ 有個好靚仔既導遊，不過唔係好比時間我地影相，甘難得去到冰山其實會想影多啲相都好正常，導遊成日催促我地行快啲😅連拎部相機出嚟都要睇吓佢有冇望住😅 同行有二十幾個人，分2組，另一組既導遊就會比團遊多啲體驗，like 好似會整幾格冰梯比大家嘗試用冰抓幫自己上去，我地就好似趕鴨仔甘，gogogo😅 應該要留多啲時間比大家影吓相！ Btw, 我都買左佢地一頂自家整帽！

Had a very fun experience on this hike and it was relatively easy to hike with the equipment provided.
