I had fun on this tour! Kudos to the tour guide because he is very reliable and he shared a lot of history of Palawan that made our tour even more fun and entertaining. pick and drop off to the hotel was very smooth. great job!
Puerto Princesa was thoroughly enjoyable. The itinerary was well-organized also informative, the Cuartel unfortunately closed for renovations during our visit, this did not distract the overall experience, there's a minor suggestion for improvement would be to ensure that departures proceed promptly for all guests who arrive on time, as slight delay was experienced due to the other agent who have guests waiting for others. Despite this, we recommend this tour to fellow travelers visiting Puerto Princesa. Remember to bring your own water, as the weather can be quite warm. 👍
superb! the guide was incredible! there was a time when the seller at the Butterfly garden did not gave me a stand for my preserved butterfly purchase and the guid and the driver went back to the butterfly garden and took the stand. not to mention, we were already in the souvenir shop buying pearls. it was such an incredible tour! the guide was really helpful! highly recommended! i lobe mitra house, the bakers hill, and the Cathedral!!!
I recently did a Puerto Princesa city tour, and it was definitely a mixed bag. For me, the standout highlights were the Tribal Village and Butterfly Farm. Hearing the local tribe play guitar and watching them demonstrate blow darts was honestly pretty inspiring—it’s not often you get to see people still embracing such a traditional way of life. The Butterfly Farm was just a nice, peaceful spot with a relaxing vibe. Baker’s Hill, on the other hand, was a bit on the cheesy side with all those cartoon character statues and random decor. But I can see how kids would enjoy it, and if you’re into snapping quirky Instagram shots, you’ll have plenty to work with. Mitra’s Ranch, though, was a hard pass. The view was just okay at best, and aside from grabbing ice cream at the little café, there wasn’t much to make the detour worthwhile. The Crocodile Farm was pretty cool in the sense that you get to see massive crocs that make you realize how tiny you are, along with some adorable baby ones. Still, the enclosures felt a bit dull—just concrete and fencing. As for the church they took us to, it didn’t really do anything for me. It felt like every other church I’ve ever seen, and I’m not sure why it’s included as a “must-visit.” All in all, the city tour had a few memorable stops but also a few that felt like fillers. If you’re short on time, hit the Tribal Village, Butterfly Farm, and maybe the Crocodile Farm—and skip the rest so it may be worth hiring a private driver if you can afford it instead.
Great half day tour around the city of Puerto Princesa most especially if you only have few hours to spare. We appreciate our tour guide Diana who was accommodating and really knowledgeable of the tour sites. We were able to go to 8 places within 4 hours.
I highly recommend the overall experience in this City Tour. I love the educational experience you get as well as a polite and friendly guide that will also insist in taking pictures for you and also for ₱800 you get to visit 8 tourist city spots in Puerto Princesa. I enjoyed all the itinerary and the best part is they will pick you up in your hotels and drop you off wherever you want which is a big plus in my opinion. Thank you for this wonderful experience 🩷
I love the Tour, worth the price. The Tour took a bit longer tgan expected due to the Butterfly Garden Sidetrip but it was an awesome experience. Take note to buy pasalubong in the Souvenir Shop and Baker's Hill, it's much much cheaper than the shops on other sites/places.
The Puerto Princesa City Tour is an incredible experience that perfectly captures the essence of Palawan’s natural beauty, rich history, and vibrant culture. From the breathtaking views at Mitra’s Ranch to the fascinating wildlife at the Conservation Center, every stop offers something unique. It’s the perfect mix of adventure, education, and relaxation—truly a must-do for anyone visiting Puerto Princesa!
