跟Klook购买之后，合作的旅行社很快就透过What's app联系上我，也持续回复我的相关疑问。在活动安排上很有经验，不论是行程上安排、随行教练、设备跟装备上都符合期待，教练很活泼也很搞笑，一直带给我们欢乐。 对于接送地点，从IPOH市区的话，需要叫Grab(费用约RM25-30)前往集合地(高速公路旁)，最好先吃早餐再过去，然后会有专车接送，回程时也会送至附近KFC地方，方便叫Grab回去IPOH市区。 记得穿着朔溪鞋/拖鞋、防晒用品，放松心情去享受 :)

My family had an excellent time with Riverbug Perak! Their service delivery is top notch from start to end from WhatsApp enquiries to the actual physical activity! We had an amazing guide Neyo, who was our whitewater rafting and caving guide. He was patient and handled my loquacious 10 year old boy asking him endless questions even whilst we were battling the rapids 😆 Neyo was also very thorough in his explanation when we went caving and I was duly impressed to find out about the history and science facts about Gua Tempurung. Thanks Neyo! The facilities and food spread at Riverbug Perak has exceeded all expectations and I won’t hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family! 🥳I recommend that Riverbug Perak ground staff do TikTok Live to show the world how the caving experience and whitewater rafting is carried out, this will definitely generate more footfall to this gorgeous place! ✨💯

Amazing experience! Everything from the booking to the day itself and even post event (our driver stopped by to help us look for durians when we saw some by the roadside). Our guide Dody was awesome from taking initiative to help with assembling our GoPro to our life jacket with rubber bands, and continuing with our Gua Tempurung exploration with our parents. The riverbug campsite felt like a real family-friendly area, everyone was just so nice & kind, it felt homely! It was situated next to the river so my parents waited for us there while we did white water rafting. We loved the whole area and would definitely want to come back again :) 100/100 would recommend!

Our guide was kind and knowledgeable about white water rafting and the cave we explored. We had a lot of fun on both activities and will definitely do it again if we come back to Ipoh!

rafting replaced by ATV ride and caving experience due to unforeseen circumstances. however, it was quickly adjusted and we went on the ride and caving. with efficient and safe transportation, we could get to each place with peace of mind. special thanks to our guide and driver for the day Neo for excellent driving skills and detailed explanation during the caving session!

went for white eater rafting n Tempurung caving (dry), fantastic guides for us. @Wel. Sorta saved my friend when she went overboard during rafting. the passion n commitment shown is top notch although lacking mildly in English converse. we had thorough enjoyment n fun. the food is one of the best, if not the best from the chef who cooked us local cuisine. the eggplant with sambar was OMG.. Will intro friends n will come again!

the white water rafting was very thrilling and fun experience, it is perfect for beginners to try something extreme, and the cave exploring was astonishing beautiful to go through, the view was astounding, overall it was a wonderful experience, highly recommended

If I could give the tour guides (interns) 300 out of 10 I would, they did an amazing job at every stop and went above and beyond. They are very knowledgeable of the aniamls, insects, and overall environment; managed the river tubing very well. Big thanks to each and everyone. I absolutely recommed, I didn't even expect to have such a stomach-filling lunch 🥺♥️

The experience had been already great with this operator long before the trip started. I was promptly contacted after the booking and realised I wanted rafting instead of tubing. Ways they handled such issue were flexible and thoughtful. In this trip, we went for the Tempurung Caving first, then back to the campsite for lunch, and then going to the starting point for rafting by truck (the trip on the truck was quite exciting itself). Thanks Rakki for the guidance and saving us from the river. The best part was the operator had a photographer to travel along to take picturessssssssss+videos for us. We enjoyed every minute in this trip and hope that we will go back soon.
