The experience is definitely much better than expected. Firstly the car is much better n very comfortable and mr Guru is a safe driver n driving very stable throughout. And he was nice enough to recommend a better time to see one of our destinations ( he said the morning view will be much better than my original plan - after lunch visit) and we went in the morning with the morning sunshine snd sure is much better. And the lunch place was closed on the day of travel n he dropped us off another place which was open n lively. The trip was great great n we were overrun by 2 hrs n paid the extra two hrs cost as we were dropped off at our airbnb.

司機Chin先生是怡保人，所以熟悉當地。他帶我們去食芽菜雞，十分地道美味。但遇上當地假期，交通擠塞，用了五小時才回到吉隆坡，辛苦司機🙏🏻

the operator did not update me until a few hours before the trip started with the driver details. the operator did not confirm the itinerary with us before starting the trip making us waste 1-2 hours of the 8 hours going to the place I did not indicate on the itinerary. so I had to pay the driver extra when we had to extend. the driver was nice and punctual but we almost met an accident because he was driving too fast and carelessly. overall i felt like it was a waste of money since the driver was not also knowledgeable of the spots in Ipoh, can barely speak english, and the operator was very rude when I gave feedback that we wasted time. he did not even offer to extend the 8 hours and we paid the driver extra 100RM for the extended 2 hours.
