Communication between the driver and whoever responses the WhatsApp could be better. I was told the driver would WhatsApp me when nearer but he actually came to look for me just inside the airport coz I didn’t know he had arrived. It was a rainy day so I didn’t want to wait outside under the China Airlines sign. And while he said he would inform me once he dropped off the luggages, it was the hotel that called me instead. Anyway, super helpful service since you don’t have to carry your luggage all over the place. Wish they had this in other parts of Taiwan.

ดีมากค่ะ ตอนแรกก็กลัวๆนิดๆ ว่าจะได้กระเป๋าไหม 555 ตอนเช้าก็ฝากกระเป๋าที่รร. แล้วเที่ยวต่อเลย ดีมากที่ได้เที่ยวต่อแบบไม่มีภาระ ไม่ต้องกลับมาเอากระเป๋าที่สนามบิน ตอนเย็นก็ไปรับกระเป๋าที่สนามบินได้เลย

짐배송 처음으로 이용했어요! 이용전날에 메일로 안내가 왔는데, 저는 메일알림이 따로 설정되어있지않아서 자칫하면 놓칠뻔했어요 😂 아무래도 해외에서 소통하다보니 이용하실분들은 수시로 메일 체크해보시는게 좋을 것 같습니다 ㅎㅎ 픽업 및 배송서비스는 너무 만족했어요! 단체로 배송하는게 아니라 저희짐만 따로 옮겨주시는거더라구요 ㅎㅎ덕분에 짐없이 마무리 여행 할 수 있어서 정말 좋았습니다👍🏻👍🏻

The service is very convenient. The driver was prompt and picked up our luggage at the right place. He did not understand English that well but he was very nice. We just showed our klook booking and he received our bags. At the hotel, the staff asked for our claim stub which we did not receive. I'm not sure if the service gives out claim stubs but they do communicate through email so you could just show the confirmation there. Communication with their online agents is easy as they have good response times. The service is highly recommended if you're looking for convenience.

入国審査がすごく混んでおり1時間以上かかり、予想より遅くなってしまったが、荷物をピックアップしてくれました。嫌な顔ひとつせずにしてくれて助かりました、有難うございました。ホテルにも18:30ごろ着いて、そんなに遅くなく助かりました。

이게 진짜 꿀입니다요 당일날 짐끌고다닐필요없음 메인역은 자리도 좁아서 선착느낌인데 그거 나중에 다시 찾으러 갈 필요더 없지~

If i could give 6 stars for this service, I would. This was the first time for me to avail of such service, which was a godsend. No need to drag your luggage around for your last day. We checked out early, gave the hotel the details of who will pick up the luggage, and come evening time, we got the luggage from the airport. The walk to the train's airport was very long, so I was really grateful that I got this service.

It's really convenient and highly recommended while you flight arrival time doesn't match the check-in time of your hotel. When you place the order, Luggagent will contact you by email time to time (they are replying promptly no matter before the arrival or after you arrive the destination). Luggages will be transported to the hotel right after the driver met me at the airport. Not much waiting needed.

非常方便。有whasapp 及Email 通知。落機交底行李直接去玩，行李送到酒店有通知。行李drop off 地方就在 離境大堂外面，非常方便。
