Excursió d'un dia a Gaomei Wetlands, Òpera de Taichung, Mercat de Flors de Zhongshe, Miyahara i Rainbow Village (amb te de bombolles de regal)

Vincent Wu was my guide, and he was so kind to direct me on meet-up and drop-off as I was not travelling from Taipei with rest of the group. He was also very prompt with giving clear instructions to everyone, so we could maximize our time getting the best out of each stopover most efficiently (e.g. lunch order in advance to have it while at Zhong She Market, Chun Shui Tang bubble tea, Miyahara ice cream, phototaking at Rainbow Village, Taichung train station & national theatre, etc.). Gaomei Wetlands was beautiful, despite the cloudy skies and shortfall of an even better sunset scenery. Oh yes, do visit the 100-year old confectionery while at Gaomei, for its salted lemon cake and sun biscuits are worthy gifts to bring home. I would not hesitant to join other tours led by Vincent, to explore the best of Taiwan under his masterful guidance!

La senyoreta Jeannie va fer que aquest tour fos excepcional. És molt acollidora, professional i plena d'informació/anècdotes fascinants sobre els llocs que vam visitar. We got to ✅Zhong She Flower Market ✅National Taichung Theater – photo stop only ✅Chun Shui Tang Dadun Store (had free milktea) ✅Miyahara & Fourth Credit Union ✅Rainbow Village ✅Gaomei Wetlands. 💯💯💯Our tour guide is the best: very witty, funny, helpful, guide us all the way, informative and hepled us with the best spots. Highly recommended tour guide.

thank you joseph for a wonderful experience for being our tour guide. always prompt on time. explaining the history of all attractions! great communicator as well! speaks english a lot which we appreciate. enjoy the sceneries to those who will soon visit. bring wipes or tissue since some of the places we've been not accessible. it's a great day, we had fun. the wetlands is a spot on fav 🥺 this place deserves a DIY tour next time. i can only upload few of the photos but it's all worth it. Less hassle trip.

We had such a great time exploring Taichung City. Our tour guide Joseph sent out reminders a day before the trip. Throughout the trip, he would text us the meeting time and place after every stop. The tour bus was clean and comfortable, and we had a smooth ride. We got to taste the original boba tea and the must-try Miyahara ice cream. I just wish we had more time to explore the Zhongshe flower market, 1 hour is not enough since a portion of the hour was spent on taking lunch. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience!

昨天玩得很開心，這次跟團一起旅行，團裡有來自四個不同國家的人，整體氛圍很有趣。導遊也很貼心，講解很清楚，過程中也很照顧大家。 不過因為剛好是假日，路上車流很多，去程遇到大塞車，行程有點被壓縮。最後到了高美濕地時，已經錯過日落時間，只能先下山，沒有拍到夕陽有點可惜。 另外有去宮原眼科，冰淇淋很好吃，整體裝潢也很精緻、有特色，是很值得拍照的地方。臺中國家歌劇院的部分停留時間比較短，如果可以多一點時間或剛好能看到表演會更完整，不過建築本身還是很有設計感。 整體來說是一趟很充實的行程，有開心的地方，也有一點小遺憾。

We enjoyed the Taichung tour even though it was raining so hard. The flower market was filled with beautiful flowers. The icecream at Miyahara was very delicious. You can take nice photos at Rainbow village. Gaomei wetlands was the highlight of the tour. Our tour guide York was also very accommodating and knowledgeable. of the places

Un recorregut super relaxat i divertit amb la Sra. Jeanne Tan! Tot estava ben organitzat i l'itinerari es va seguir sense problemes. Tots els llocs que vam visitar eren bonics i valien la pena el viatge. La Sra. Jeanne va ser amable, complaent i va fer que tota l'experiència fos agradable. Molt recomanable per a qualsevol que busqui un recorregut sense complicacions i memorable!

Gaomei wetlands tour has a nice itinerary. Though a little bit far from Taipei (2 hrs journey) If you’re looking for Instagram worthy location Zhongshe flower market is the right place for you. I’m personally curious about the first Boba tea shop and I’m glad to taste authentic boba tea from the pioneer Chun Shui Tang. (If you’re a fan of sweet boba tea this is not for you 😉) And the history behind Miyahara ice cream was unexpected. Although we didn’t enjoy the Rainbow village and Gaomei wetlands as much due to rainfall but still it’s a must see. Thanks to our tour guide Sir Joseph Mao who explained well the stories behind these places. 😊

Our Taichung Klook day tour was such a fun and relaxing experience! Kent, our tour guide, was very patient, funny, and made the whole trip smooth and comfortable for everyone. I especially loved Gaomei Wetlands — the view and atmosphere were so chill and peaceful. Kent made everything very convenient for us. He already ordered our lunch in advance, pre-ordered the famous Miyahara ice cream, and even helped pick up our milk tea orders. We really appreciated how organized and thoughtful he was throughout the tour. Overall, we truly enjoyed our Taichung trip. It was comfortable, stress-free, and perfect if you want a quick but memorable tour around Taichung. Highly recommended!
