5 stars for this tour! Eobi valley has a spectacular view. The snow and ice look much more beautiful than you would see in Seoul. You can take some good pictures in front of the ice wall! Skiing at Vivaldi was really fun, and Vivaldi park has a lot of facilities to enjoy and rest other than ski/sled! Our tour guide spoke fluent English and Mandarin so you don’t need to worry about the language. I strongly recommend this tour if you want to experience a great winter view and ski/sled in Korea. Book a ski/sled included package will be a perfect choice for this tour!

We had a great experience visiting Vivaldi and Nami Island with Philip as our tour guide. He was friendly, professional, and very attentive throughout the trip. The itinerary was well-organized, and everything went smoothly. Philip made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the tour. Highly recommended⭐️

Sóc una viatgera solitària que va anar a Seül, Corea. Com que és hivern, volia anar a un lloc nevat, per això vaig reservar aquest viatge. Va ser increïble. Els guies turístics B.I. i Ella van ser molt informatius i servicials, guiant-nos durant tot el camí. B.I. ens va ensenyar a esquiar i l'Ella va guiar el grup de snowboarders. Vaig gaudir esquiant i vaig gaudir d'aquest viatge. Ho recomano a tothom.

It was a fun and smooth experience. Everything happened as scheduled and having the bus transfer made it super convenient. Our guide, Min, was kind and patient. We did the ski lesson with him and he was very patient with all of us who were learning to ski for the first time. This is my third time with this tour company (I did their Nami Island tour twice) and so far my experience has been consistently good. TIP: Bring cash to Vivaldi for the locker rental for your shoes. It’s only 1,000 won. We only brought our cards because we don’t carry cash in our wallets but the other guide thankfully had extra cash so we were able to borrow from him, and we returned it after coming back on the bus. The only thing I would recommend to improve is the choice in the ski gear rental shop. The one we went to only had ski clothes that seemed really worn and old. It did not seem like they washed them well after every customer’s use so I hope the tour company considers switching partners.

Great trip with kind and friendly guide Minsu(Mini), had so much fun at snowyland with snowy coaster and snowy tornado ride. We'll be back someday to skiing

非常好的體驗，Steve領隊好細心，滑雪時間剛好，學完基本技巧，佢會陪我們上一個小斜坡，滑下去，原本以為自己做不到，但有他同行，順利完成，好感謝和能享受滑雪樂趣。 Steve拍照出色，南怡島逗留時間可以長些更好，約2小時。島上有很多適合小朋友玩的地方，仲有小動物看。 非常推薦大家來此行程，玩完又可上車休息。

5 stars for Robert and Tourstory! The trip to Vivaldi and Nami Island was seamless. Robert was very professional, patient, and went out of his way to help us throughout the day. His English is excellent and his energy is great. If you get him as your guide, you’re in good hands!

La guia turística Ella va ser molt complaent i amable. Vam passar una bona estona al Vivaldi Park provant activitats de trineu i un moment relaxant a l'illa de Nami. Recollida convenient a l'aparcament públic de Namsan Yejang i deixada a la botiga Lotte Department Store. Sens dubte, tornaré a reservar en el futur i recomano fermament aquest tour a amics i familiars.
