was a bit surprised the operator texted me and said the boats were full, but after few messages, it was available again. boarded at another operator which was good. 12 seater.
Well scheduled. Accidentally booked the wrong date but arrangements were provided. Really flexible and helpful.
The boat arrived on time from pick up point Redang Island Jetty. The boat were comfortable ride with fewer people's. The staff were friendly and recommended to go booking by klook very easy and convenient.
company is absolutely amazing, the staff are so kind and considerate. The jetty had a shop and toilet and our ferry left on time. would recommend 100%
very reliable, price at counter is also 55RM, better book in advance before arrival, the boat schedule might be early as the bookings might me less.
Its cheaper to buy ticket via Klook RM52 for adult while counrt RM55 for adult. It is advise that to go early at least 0.5 hr before as there are many departure points at Merang jetty area. We follow the wave and lead us went to another point, after checked with local ppl just we turned to Vigourmarine point at Merang jetty which around 5 mins drive. We bought 9am ticket but the boat arrived around 10am,it was late. Overall the boat is clean and look slightly bigger than other company's boat,feel safer. The boat helper also quite nice helped us carried luggages inside boat.

Everything was great, sailed on time, picked up on time, it was safe. Parking for cars next to the pier costs 10RM per day. We will definitely go with this company next time.
The service on this ferry was amazing especially for the price. The staff are so kind and helpful. 100% recommend
Overall the speed boat ride was efficient and on time. No proper signage to indicate booking by Klook to proceed to which office. Notice other speed boat rides have cushion on their seats. This one no cushion for both departing and arriving.
