Experiència del Dia Espiritual al Temple Bongnyeong & Just Be

These days, I’ve been going through a difficult time. I felt like I couldn’t find my way, so I decided to go somewhere I could feel comfortable and clear my mind. First, we went to Bongeunsa Temple. It was such a beautiful and peaceful place. I learned how to pray to Buddha, and I even did three bows I felt like I was letting go of all the bad things I had been holding onto. It was really good for clearing my mind. After that, we went to Just Be Temple in Hongdae. It was very hip and modern, so I thought it was a place for young people. We did three types of meditation: breathing, walking, and listening. It helped me calm down and clear my mind. I also had a chance to talk with a monk. I told her about my worries, and she just listened and smiled. She also gave me some tea. I felt much lighter after talking about everything. I really appreciate our guide, too. He was very kind and helped me a lot. He made me feel comfortable throughout the whole experience.

I was the very first participant in this Spiritual Experience Day, and it was a truly memorable day. Starting at Bongeunsa Temple with meditation and singing bowl healing was deeply calming—I left feeling lighter and more at ease. The vegetarian lunch at the monks' dining hall was a peaceful and meaningful experience in itself. The afternoon at Hwaseong Haenggung brought history to life. Our guide shared stories that made me curious to learn more about Korea’s past, and visiting the filming site of Dae Jang Geum brought back warm childhood memories. The day ended beautifully at Just Be Temple with tea and conversation with a monk—it felt more like a beginning than an ending. This was my first activity in Korea, and it set a beautiful tone for the rest of my trip. Thank you for such a heartfelt experience. I truly hope more people get to enjoy this journey.

I had such a wonderful experience. The itinerary was thoughtfully planned, and every part of the day offered something special from the peaceful temple visits and meditation sessions to the delicious Buddhist temple food and the cultural experiences. A special thank you to our guide, Johnathan who made the whole experience even more enjoyable. He was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive throughout the tour. He explained everything clearly and made sure everyone felt comfortable and included. His warm personality really added to the experience. The meditation and time spent at the temple were especially meaningful and gave me a chance to slow down and appreciate a different side of Korea. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking for something beyond the usual sightseeing experience 🙏✨

This was such an awesome and super packed day that mixed history and modern vibes in the best way possible! 🏯✨ We started off in Suwon at a major temple that actually has one of the main universities for nuns 👩‍🎓🌿, and our guide was an incredible storyteller who shared so many cool details about Korean culture and traditions 🗣️🇰🇷. After that, we headed over to the Suwon Fortress to walk along those massive, historic walls 🧱🚶‍♀️, which was just so impressive to see up close 🤩. To top it all off, we went over to Hongdae to check out a modern temple where we got to meditate 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️ and talk with this amazing Japanese nun who speaks six languages fluently 🌍💬. Honestly, the whole tour was just so interesting and fun from start to finish! 💯🔥
