The tour was purchased few months in advance, but the tour company were not able to secure the entrance tickets for the inner palace. They notified me too late and there were no tickets available. All I received was $30 refund and missed out on a life time experience.

Participar en la visita guiada de Klook és realment molt convenient, perquè l'Alhambra és molt gran i si només compres entrades sense unir-te a un tour, és fàcil perdre's. A més, amb un guia que explica la història mentre camines, no només podem fer fotos, sinó també aprendre molt més. Per sort, Klook té aquesta activitat que podem triar, és fàcil d'utilitzar i els guies ens van contactar per WhatsApp abans de la data reservada per comunicar-se. Va ser una experiència excel·lent.
El guia Bilal tenia molts coneixements. L'Alhambra és un palau molt bonic. Espero que tothom tingui l'oportunitat de visitar l'Alhambra.
Unfortunately was unable to join the guided tour, requested a refund, and despite receiving confirmation, have not yet received the payment a year later :(

El guia va aparèixer puntualment i va explicar clarament la història i la cultura de l'Alhambra en un recorregut bilingüe. Molt recomanable. El recorregut de més de tres hores és molt complet. A més, hi ha molts turistes, i Klook hauria d'indicar a la comanda amb quina agència de viatges local col·labora, ja que és fàcil perdre's amb el guia local. Quan vaig preguntar on era el guia, ningú coneixia el codi QR de la comanda de Klook. Per tant, és molt important saber amb quina agència local col·labora el guia!!!
Whether by the fault of Klook or the Amigo Tours company, no one showed up for the tour. There were multiple confirmation emails, however. In fact, no one even purchased our tickets. We ended up waiting over an hour without a word despite calling multiple numbers which just rang forever. The Alhambra said no one purchased tickets in our names either, so we couldn't even skip the tour guide part and do it ourselves. To make it that much better, they were sold out of tickets, and that was our only day in Granada. Thanks Klook or Amigo Tours for ruining that entire day of our vacation.

Woke up very early for this activity and waited in the cold. It was recommended to reach at 7:45am but guide only reached at 8:20am? And the place didn't open till 8:30am anyway. Nevertheless, it was a very beautiful place and enriching experience. It feels like a walk in the park.
