Nirvana: Creuer amb sopar

I had specifically paid for an open-to-sky private table seating along with a premium cruise experience. However, upon arrival, there was no such arrangement provided. Instead, we were made to sit in a crowded common seating area with basic chairs, which was not even close to what was advertised. There was no privacy, no proper table setup, and the entire arrangement felt unorganized and misleading. The situation on the cruise was very disappointing. It was overcrowded, chaotic, and poorly managed. The ambiance and setup shown in the itinerary were nowhere to be seen. Additionally, the food service was extremely poor. The way food was being served was unhygienic and unacceptable. It did not meet even basic standards, let alone the premium experience that was promised

This activity does not have 0 star, otherwise I would have opted for that. Really very bad experience. Even after paying extra amount online, we had to stand in 1 hr long queue just to get the token to get in another 1.5 hrs queue for entry. Capacity of the cruise is 350, yet more then 500 people were onboarded. On the name of meals, only some fries and 1 dish was served. Even the dance area was over crowded, and the music was super high. No place to sit either. Highly non-recommended. Instead go ahead with Coral Queen or Paradise. Better management, no overloading, better music.
