Victoria, our local Busan guide was exceptional! 💖 We covered each place as listed with the background of each place as well as learning what locals really do. The day trip was well-timed and we ate throughout the trip (almost at every stop point). On top of that, she bought us Busan favorite street food at BIFF, gifted us with her favourite local snacks and on top of that, personalised hand written postcards. Victoria brought this experience to the next level (not forgetting that she can speak in 3 languages: Korean, English & Chinese, as she was also our photographer, translator and became our local friend in Busan showing us all the amazing deals on Kup too!). I would highly recommend this day tour as if you get Victoria as your guide, that's bonus to it! 🌈

Tomy was such a fun tour guide, very knowledgeable and experienced. He explained everything in such a good way. My tour went smoothly and we had a blast at the fish market! He helped us go to the restaurant and order food; we were even running a little behind with time eating and he was very nice and gave us a little extra time to finish, he was very considerate. I had the best tour with Tomy, highly recommend.

If you only have one day in Busan and is traveling with a toddler, this is the tour you want to book. the pick up location is very convenient. They hit all the main attraction within a efficient timeline. Having a tour bus for pick up and drop off in between attractions allowed us to see more places in a day versus on our own. The biggest highlight is how amazing tour guide Sean! She spoke fluent English & Chinese. I was pretty impressive that she can switch between so many languages. She was witty cracking jokes with us and share tons of culture pieces of each stops which made the tour fun and educational for all ages.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience and would book this tour again anytime. Our guide Alice was outstanding – very well prepared, friendly, helpful, and perfectly organized throughout the entire tour. She made sure everything ran smoothly, gave clear instructions, and was always there whenever we had questions or needed support. The whole experience was very well planned, and we felt taken care of from start to finish. The tour included many amazing highlights and was organized in a very professional way. It definitely exceeded our expectations, and we left truly happy and satisfied. The only small point we would mention is that at one or two stops we would have loved a little more free time. However, this was clearly due to the tight schedule and the many highlights included in the tour. Overall, we are absolutely delighted and can highly recommend this experience – especially with Alice as the guide.

We arrived in Busan at 10 AM, so the tour that started in the afternoon was perfect for us. This tour was very enjoyable. Starting with the capsule ride, then visiting the temple, then the Gamcheon Culture Village, a delicious dinner at Jagalchi Market, biff and finally taking pictures at Busan Port. Vaig gaudir de la visita gràcies als nostres guies, Daniel i Danny. Daniel parla anglès amb fluïdesa, així que vaig poder entendre la història i els relats que explicava. Tot està ben organitzat i no vam anar amb presses amb l'itinerari. El més destacat del meu viatge va ser el Busan Air Cruise i el Busan Sky Capsule. Fins i tot ens van donar records i cupons. I had hoped that this would be a small group tour, but it ended up being a large bus tour with about 42 people. Victoria, our guide, was absolutely lovely. However, I would have expected a bit more walking around and explaining the sights, which I observed other tour companies doing at the cultural village specifically. She did walk us around a bit, which was fine. In terms of tasting the market food, we only tried one item that they paid for; the rest required us to pay with our own money. I primarily chose this for the Sky Capsule, which they executed perfectly. They grouped all solo travelers together and we arrived at the perfect time, just around sunset. I would recommend this tour if you have a short period of time available in Busan and want to visit the major sites. I would have preferred spending more time at the cultural village and at the fish market instead of Biff.

Gamcheon Village was just okay—1 hour was more than enough. Jake was a great guide: friendly, clear, and kept everyone on time. The weather wasn’t ideal, so the beach stop was swapped for another cultural village, which was decent. The fish market was alright, and BIFF had limited shops open. Honestly, I booked this mainly for the capsule ride—it was still great even without the sunset (and hard to book on my own). The day felt a bit slow, likely due to the weather. Overall still a good trip, but I’d probably just do the capsule next time. Nice touch from Jake ending the tour with Korean treats—made it more memorable.
