I had a full head spa and a treatment, and the experience was absolutely amazing. They kindly offered us a private room, which made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of. The staff were extremely professional and skilled. They spoke English very well and carefully checked my hair and scalp condition, explaining everything clearly and letting me choose what suited me best. Being treated in a space just for us made it feel truly special and personal. Thank you so much to Min, Jungwon, and all the other staff for giving us such an unforgettable experience. I had such a great experience getting scalp treatment, hair smoothening, and hair cut at the Salon. It was so easy to navigate all the treatments in English and I was able to just relax the whole time. Wrenley, Yejin, and Bora were so detailed with the treatment and checked in with me every step of the way! highly recommend for your next trip to Seoul :) wish I could include a video of how shiny my hair came out!

設計師Lua非常親切且仔細的與我討論髮色，過程也不斷關心是否有不適，整個染髮過程的體驗很好，最後顏色也是想要的樣子，推薦。

予約したのとは、別の弘大の店舗に行ってしまいましたが、すぐにスタッフの方が迎えに来てくれました。親娘でナチュラルウォーターシャンプーを予約しましたが、私だけは、毛髪診断で、頭皮がオイリーで皮脂が多く、頭皮スカルプも追加でお願いすることになりました。スカルプケア、頭皮マッサージやバブルシャンプーの後、ブロー&セットで、ヘアスタイルに自信が持てました。シャンプー中は、マッサージチェアに座り、リラックス出来ます。また韓国に行く際は、こちらのサロンを訪れたいと思います。ヘアアレンジもお願いしたいです。
