Excursió d'un dia definitiva a Bacolod des d'Iloilo

Silay was definitely the highlight! We ran into some rain in Bacolod, so the itinerary there was cut short. But at least our driver found alternative stops in Silay.

Convenient and helpful guide

The itinerary was not followed, with several planned spots skipped. Food arrangements were below expectation-we were not guided accordingly and were given P500 per person to order on our own. We’re only informed after eating that there was supposed to be a set meal under Southwest Agency. The driver was not properly briefed due to inconsistencies between the Klook itinerary and management's instructions. Bottled water, included in the package, was not provided, and we had to pay the terminal fee back to Iloilo ourselves. Given these issues, the P4,870 per person (Group of 6) was not worth it. While the driver was not at fault, the overall experience was disorganized, disappointing, and not something we would recommend.

Feedback for Klook Tour "ULTIMATE?" Package: I’m not recommending this tour for groups of just 2 pax. You’re better off doing a DIY itinerary or renting a car, since all the tourist spots are just within the city. Given the convenience, the package still feels overpriced in my opinion. However, the game-changer here is the car driver/tour guide — he gets all the merits. Kudos to Sir Ryan for making the experience smoother and more enjoyable.
