Vikings Luxury Buffet a l'Eastwood Mall

The staff were very friendly, kind, and accommodating. The place has a nice atmosphere and the food was good. However, I noticed quite a few flies around the food, which was concerning and affected the dining experience. I hope this can be improved, as it would make the overall experience much better.

Vikings Eastwood is a fairly new branch, and while it shows a lot of promise, there are still several areas that need improvement. The buffet is good but the recipe for oyster was the worst so far compared to other branches. If you love seafood you will be somewhat disappointed, they served sashimi but Salmos is missing half the time, there is shrimp dish but no steamed or shrimp alone. Service, however, can be inconsistent. While some staff members are attentive and courteous, others seem overwhelmed or distracted, especially during peak hours. Several food stations had long lines or ran out of items quickly, and refills weren’t always prompt. Ambience is modern and clean, but the layout can feel cramped when the place gets busy. Overall, it’s a good place to celebrate with family or friends, especially if you enjoy variety. With better staff coordination and more consistent food replenishment, Vikings Eastwood could become a top-tier buffet destination.

good but they have less food, no lamb during may visit, but thank you for the free birthday cake and staff are very nice and attentive to our needs.❤️❤️❤️

Reservation process was smooth, staff are accomodating, and dining experience was excellent.
