excellent point xperience!the history of incense very well explained with a lot of different experiences very surprising and allowing the discovery of different types of incenses including mixes and the different usages.our guide was excellent and the shop itself is marvellous!

Had such a unique and eye-opening experience at Arab Street today! 🌿✨ We joined a short session on learning how to perfume by smoke and it was both educational and mesmerizing. The staff were warm, patient and very knowledgeable—they explained the history behind the scents. The whole place smells amazing the moment you walk in, and the ambience really sets the mood for a relaxed Sunday. If you’re looking for something different to do—beyond the usual cafés and shopping—this is such a refreshing find. Highly recommended for anyone who loves fragrances, culture or just wants to spend a Sunday learning something new!

I really enjoyed the incense appreciation workshop — it was both informative and interesting. I learned so much about the history, types, and art of incense, and it gave me a deeper appreciation for the subtle beauty behind each fragrance. Overall, it was a calming and enriching session that awakened my senses and curiosity.

Dealya was an experienced and engaging facilitator that enriched my appreciation of aromatherapy and scents. The opportunity to get acquainted to the cultural, religious and very human significance of scents through human history and experience made this a very moving opportunity to educate my olfactory senses. The content was most tantalising, enticing me to look at the other courses offered on perfumery to better acquaint myself to the science of fragrances. That which echoes echoes the old practices of alchemy that stirs thoughts, emotions and memories.

Lovely space, very calming and nicely scented. The workshop is short but informative. Instructor is very knowledgeable and willing to share! Left the shop with my first perfume and some gifts. Nose overwhelmed but my heart is happy!

Had a really great time at this workshop. Suhail, who led the session, was super knowledgeable and made everything easy to understand. It was very interactive and we got to smell a wide range of incense, from resins and musks to oud. After the class, he also let us hang around the shop to sample different fragrances, which was a nice bonus. One of the coolest parts was getting to smell what “rain” smells like. Overall, it was a really enjoyable experience and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who’s curious about incense, perfume, or unique scents.
