Avui ha estat un dia meravellós visitant la DMZ de la frontera de Corea del Nord en una excursió de mig dia, amb un temps agradablement fresc que va fer que el nostre recorregut fos extremadament còmode. El nostre guia, Jason, va ser increïblement professional i ben informat. Ens va oferir introduccions vives i detallades sobre la llarga història de Corea del Sud, així com informació general sobre Corea, ajudant-nos a obtenir una comprensió més profunda d'aquest lloc sorprenent. Cada part de la visita turística estava ben organitzada, i vam gaudir de cada moment passejant pels magnífics llocs. L'impressionant paisatge i el ric patrimoni cultural ens van deixar profundament impressionats. Aquest fantàstic viatge ens va portar una gran alegria i records inoblidables. Realment vam tenir un mig dia fantàstic i gratificant aquí, i recomanem encaridament aquesta excursió a tothom que vingui a Corea del Sud, i també recomanem molt a Jason com a guia turístic. Vaig aprendre molt sobre les complexitats del conflicte entre Corea del Nord i del Sud i la història que hi ha al darrere. En Jason tenia molts coneixements, especialment perquè s'acabava de retirar del seu servei militar.

had an absolutely amazing DMZ tour and I can’t recommend it enough, especially with our guide Eddie. He’s an ex-military officer and extremely knowledgeable in Korean history, and from the start he encouraged us to ask questions and made the entire experience engaging and interactive. The drive was filled with context and stories that set the stage, and once we arrived, seeing North Korea from above , the fake village, the flags, and the stark contrast across the border — was surreal. Walking down into the infiltration tunnel all the way to the end was intense and unforgettable, and Eddie made sure we understood its historical importance. At every stop, he didn’t just give facts but added insight and answered everyone’s questions with patience and detail, even going out of his way to help us whenever we needed. Eddie’s professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for the group turned this into one of the best tours I’ve ever taken, and I would highly recommend booking with him!

Incredible experience visiting the DMZ with such a knowledgeable team! So moved by the history and truly grateful for a thoughtful, well-paced, and informative tour. We just hoped that the war between the two Koreas end already. We also want to commend our guide, Eddie. He waited for us althouhgh we are so late due to our first time in Korea.

I was looking at making a trip to the DMZ as a highlight of my travels through South Korea. But given that this is one of the most popular activities amongst tourists, I researched a bit to find out which of these would be the best tour to take. And without a doubt the tour led by ex Korean military officers was the best choice. Why? Because you hear a side of the story that others don't have access to or the experience of. Our tour guide, Capt. Eddie, was a fascinating host, running the trip with military precision yet keeping it light, fun, engaging and informative. It was lovely to hear stories from his service time and get his perspectives of how the situation has been over the years. Definitely the best of all the DMZ tours to book. Thank you Eddie!

My tour guide Eddie made me a day. I had amazing day with him!!👌 DMZ View hunt tour Led by a retired military officer from PLK Travel is the best tour ever without any doubts. It was a really HIGH quality tour with the real professional, the retired military officer Eddie.👍👍👍 During the whole tour, he explained everything so detail about my questions and shared his own stories about his military era and many other historical stories. I learned a lot about South Korea and North Korea history and political things. It was so interesting since he shared his own opinions. Overall it was really well made historical adventure tour. The history of conflict tells you a lot about character. That's what this tournament is all about. Walking through the third tunnel makes you realise the enormity of what the nation went through. Being an Indian i realise what is to have your nation break into two. That's the story of DMZ. Don't miss it. Our host Eddie, a retired Captain and stationed at DMZ are one point in time, is not only informative but provides a rare insight into the very core of the conflict. His sessions are interactive and his stories are heart warming. The tour was what it was because of Eddies

Had an amazing time on the DMZ tour! It was such an eye-opening experience to learn about the history between North and South Korea and actually see the border area up close. Our guide Eddie was fantastic, super knowledgeable, funny, and really made the stories come alive. He made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable throughout the trip. We had an amazing and informative experience. Eddie, as our tour guide, was top knotch. He relayed personal, relevant military experiences and was open to answering all questions. We learned so much.
