園區環境還不錯，大象都有好好被對待，導遊也介紹的很詳細，整體的體驗感覺很棒！

this was a great experience. by arriving we got some water and started with some information about the elephants. we learned a lot of new facts and got a better insight about them. after that they learned us the correct ways to feed an elephant and got to practice different approaches. we made them some food, give it to them and then painted them with mud to later scrub it of in the water to moist and clean their skin. it was a unique expierince and would definitely go again if I’m close by. the elephants are threaten right and have people that really care for them. there are also some people from the sencetary that will make pictures for you and will mail them so you can enjoy your time and put your attention on the elephants. トイレやシャワー着替える場所など綺麗で使いやすかった！スタッフも英語が話せるので説明やコミュニケーションに問題はなかった。迎えのバスが7:50にホテルに来ると言われていたが結局8:30まで来なかった。アプリやサイトに記載のある連絡先に電話をしても繋がらず困った。創業から半年の施設なので綺麗だけどオペレーションは改善の余地がありそう。
