Booked my tickets but did not get the URL for the tickets automatically. Luckily I spotted the problem and reached out to customer service immediately who was prompt to help me reaches out to the vendor and I got the mobile tickets within a few hours. The mezzanine seats were nice. Hadestown is a niche musical and the singing and acting were good. The stage is smaller than the traditional musicals, and there is not much change of props. I would recommend it only if you have seen many other musicals before and want something different.

The information given by Klook Apps was easy to understand for me to purchase the tickets. The show - awesome!
We didn’t recieve any tickets and they refused to give us compensation in the first place even though it was their fault we couldn’t see the musical! they offered to give compensation with klook money 🤣 We ended up not being able to see it since we didn’t have tickets :) thanks a lot for ruining our trip!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
