Myeongdong MUD: Experiència de massatge coreà i exfoliació de fang en spa

Landed from my flight at 5am and booked the VIP package for same morning - best idea ever. I went through a sauna, shower, bath, scrub, mud mask, body massage and even hair care all in one place! The woman who attended to me didn’t really speak English, but I definitely got the scrubdown of a lifetime. Even received a free tea and fullsized skincare products at the end! This was my first Korean body scrub/spa experience and it certainly won’t be the last.

Seriously LOVED this place. The moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed. The ladies were so sweet and gentle, and they made me feel completely safe and comfortable the whole time. The body scrub was EVERYTHING. My skin has never felt this soft. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and glowing. Such a beautiful self-care experience and honestly one of my favorite things I did in Seoul. If you’re thinking about booking do it. Highly recommend and I’d 100% come back again!

The staffs there are all courteous. The yi mo who do the scrub is so detailed that she takes care every inch of your body till they are clean and smooth 😂 very delight service and experience

出人意表的好體驗 ！ 大家一定要試！我哋book咗面、身同埋腳嗰個Treatment，但係呢一個Treatment呢，原來係冇包身體磨砂，所以我哋到步之後呢經溝通後就加錢做埋身體磨砂。過程係非常之豐富，首先我哋要換衫，然後就去咗乾蒸大概10分鐘左右呢就去沖涼咁有啲姨姨呢就會指示你要沖乾淨啲跟住我哋去浸一個類似溫泉嘅物體，然後呢就趴咗喺一個有膠床單的床上面，姨姨就就唱住歌仔幫我哋做好細緻嘅身體磨砂，然後再洗埋頭洗埋面之後搽咗一啲泥漿mask喺成身之後呢就去咗再焗桑拿。完成之後呢就再沖涼，然後抹乾個身之後呢有一部機從下移上吹乾我哋，笑死我。然後就再落返下一層呢就做全身按摩，按完背脊之後轉身,就做咗100個面膜步驟同埋按腳。之後我哋一擘大眼，發現成個人最少白咗兩度唔係講笑。大家下次嚟記得嚟體驗吓啦，如果搭凌晨機嘅話呢個係好好嘅叉電地方，正！相片顯示唔到個地方有幾好大家要試吓！

We ordered the massage package. We thought the scrub was included but it wasn't. Luckily, they can accommodate us. First we started with 汗蒸幕, followed by a shower, a Jacuzzi then we had a 30mins scrub done by a very lovely korean woman. then a sauna. Second part was massage, another lovely strong korean woman helped me, I'm so relaxed now. she did facial in between body massage. My body was very busy all the time🤣. I highly recommended after the red-eye flight. they open at 9am. we spent 3 hours. And came out with amazing glowing skin.

If you are searching for a comprehensive full body and facial spa experience look this is fully worth the price! I went for the VIP massage course experience which includes a full body massage, contouring and hydrating facial treatments, foot reflexology, and more. Facilities are not flashy, but the staff is extremely accommodating, professional, and experienced. So happy I will be returning before I leave Korea!
