This was a very relaxing experience. Jina was so nice and friendly--and funny too! I booked this for my two sisters and myself. She really took her time to do all of our facials. It was so soothing and comfortable. She even showed us how to take care of our skin going forward and how to write our names in Korean! Her English was very good even though she said it wasn't very good, very easy to understand. Highly recommend!

very convenient location, close to the train station. the studio is in a walk-up on 3rd floor. the most special is the heated blanket and soothing ambience. Jina is also a very careful and cheerful person, very good therapist! i can tell my skin has improved a lot after one session!

Absolutely amazing service! Gina and the team were so gentle, lovely, hospitable and kind. Would definitely recommend and will come back the next time I’m in South Korea. I’m leaving with glowy skin and recommendations moving forward. They even gave me an umbrella for outside as it was raining heavily.

Had a great experience here at Laurel studio. For it's value, it's a perfect experience for someone trying to get more into skincare. Hannah is very nice and friendly! Just a headsup that Klook's location pin is wrong and I got lost trying to find the place. It's on the left side of the road when you get off Hongik Univ Station Exit 1. Hannah was very accomodating even though I was late.

I had the most welcoming experience. I was running late and they understood and kept my appointment time. Super cosy and they made me feel welcome. Very friendly team

Staff was friendly and provided post session guidance on products to buy for your skincare routine at olive young, Daiso or prescribed through a doctor. However, the session took 30 min longer as she was single handledly attending to multiple customers. Nonetheless, it was a relaxing and fruitful experience.
