Easy to redeem and the food was good! the setting in pan pacific hotel felt pretty nice too, and the meal is very filling

Overall, food was below expectation; however, may be good for one time or special events. Pros: Nice ambience, friendly staff with service attitude (majority), good wine. Cons: No special food or taste in the food, Very small portions, One of the staff put the fork/knife on table (without plate or any tissue) which seems abnormal hyigene standard.
