- Tots els passatgers han de tenir els seus documents de viatge (passaports, documents d'identitat, visats vàlids) preparats abans d'embarcar

- A causa dels canvis freqüents en l'inventari de bitllets, espereu la confirmació final del ferri. Si el ferri seleccionat està complet, es recomana reprogramar o cancel·lar la reserva.
- Els passatgers amb bitllets nominatius han de presentar els seus documents originals de compra de bitllets en entrar a l'estació per a la inspecció de bitllets. Només quan els documents coincideixin amb els passatgers podran entrar a l'estació o pujar al vaixell. Aquells que entrin a l'estació o pugin al vaixell amb documents d'altres persones o es neguin a la inspecció de bitllets i els documents pertinents per part del personal de taquilla no se'ls permetrà entrar a l'estació per esperar el vaixell i seran tractats d'acord amb les regulacions de gestió pertinents.
- Per al viatge de tornada, només podeu agafar la ruta de passatgers turística als molls de Sanqiutian i Neicuoao. De 15:00 a 18:30 és l'hora punta per al viatge de tornada des de l'illa de Gulangyu. Les cues per a la inspecció de bitllets i el temps d'espera per al vaixell són llargues. Si us plau, organitzeu el vostre viatge amb antelació.

Collection of tickets at 东渡码头 on second floor was a breeze. Met our tour guide at Gulangyu pier. He is a resident on the island. Enjoyed the 2hrs tour walking tour with his explanation and ended the tour with a visit to a tea house which he led us. Worth a visit!
從 廈門國際郵輪中心（=郵輪中心廈鼓碼頭、東渡碼頭/東渡同益碼頭）遊客都只能從這裡進入碼頭。抵達郵輪中心後，上去2F售票處 兑換票券（護照/台胞證），然後依據現場指示燈排隊，時間差不多就可前往鼓浪嶼的三丘田碼頭啦～搭船時間約20分鐘，還蠻準時的，整體來說不錯！假日人真的有夠多，請留意囉。船上會賣一些周邊商品，想入手的可買當紀念。
Just input dongdu ferry terminal on didi destination and arrive at least 1 hour before with your passport to exchange for your ferry ticket.

Instructions for ticket redemption and usage is straightforward. Transport by ferry offers good views of xiamen and gulangyu island.
We didn't realise that we can just book the ferry ticket without the tour guide by just selecting "Sanqiutian Pier" (which is at Gulangyu). Also not sure where is "Pier 1" and "ferry terminal". Ended up choosing "ferry ticket + shuttle bus". The tour agency staff communicated with us, via WeChat, a day after purchased from Klook, and a day before the trip to Gulangyu. Meeting time was much earlier, 9.05am (instead of 9.40am-10am). Bus brought us to Songyu Wharf, about 17km (40mins drive) from our meeting point near "Chunguang Hotel Zhongshan Road". Tour guide offered us some optional attractions packages (no hard-selling). We saw a few attractions counters NOT accepting walk-ins or sold out for the day. Returning ferry is flexible timing between 3pm – 8pm. “Most Beautiful Corner” has a myth, which is not recommended for couples to take photos/video. Network is slightly "challenging" on the island.
easy redemption with good support from ground staff to guide you. we had a simple day in the island and there were many local artists singing around the place. it was comfortable and relaxing.

Nice that they also accompanied tourists and gave the possibility of visiting the touristic sites. The island was more worthwhile than the touristic sites. Unfortunately, not a world of English.
透過Klook線上購買來回船票是前往鼓浪嶼最方便的方式。兌換票很容易，需要等到預定的時間，從鼓浪嶼回來的渡輪有 24 小時。
