it is a very memorable tour. we booked last minute like 11pm in the night and got into the tour the following morning. everything was smooth and nice. the location was lovely too. Best worth of $$ in the entire trip.
we loved the tour even though it’s end of winter, the bus is a bit old but the guide and driver is so nice and helpful

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the entire trip. It was our first time booking and joining a Klook tour, and it was definitely worth it! Our driver and guide, Augustine, was excellent. He shared lots of interesting information about the tour and Australia, making the experience even more enjoyable. He was also very organized, ensuring we stayed on schedule throughout the day. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely book another Klook tour in the future.

amazing experience and punctuatiality peak. bit expensive for hiring the gear and ski pass. Would be better to stay till late
Communication with Tony was quite challenging, as his English was sometimes difficult for us to understand. We called him around 20 times to clarify the meeting point and time, but he didn’t answer because he had forgotten his phone. This was stressful because we were worried we might miss the meeting due to miscommunication. Thankfully, everything worked out, but better communication and coordination would greatly improve the experience.
on time and the bus was clean. not as snowy as we thought but still breathtaking view. plenty of time to explore the village as well.
