I recently utilizing Klook to purchase round-trip tickets for the KLIA Express. The round-trip QR codes were promptly sent directly to my email address. Upon arrival at the KLIA Express station, all I had to do was scan the QR code at the gantries. Once onboard, the KLIA Express truly impressed. The seats were exceptionally comfortable, providing a relaxing environment for the short journey. The entire train interior was remarkably clean and tidy. For travelers with luggage, there were plenty of dedicated racks, making it easy to store bags securely. The journey itself was a testament to efficiency. Taking approximately 28 minutes between KLIA & KL Sentral. I would wholeheartedly recommend the KLIA Express, especially when purchased through Klook, to anyone needing a reliable, comfortable, and swift transfer between KLIA and KL Sentral. Given this excellent experience, I will absolutely be purchasing this pass again from Klook for my future trips.

Sadly but we were not able to try this. Got a problem with our flight and didn’t make it KL. What good is they refund the 60% of what we paid. No questions just a proof that we were not able to make it.

it is very convenient. use the QR provided, scan and enter the station. Be sure to take the KLIA Express train and not the transit train. transit train will stop at more stops and takes a longer time to reach KL Sentral.

Best way to go to the City, just 30 minutes ride from the airport to KL Central, no need to worry about the traffic. Just scan the QR code directly and the gate will open. Only 1 QR code if you purchase roundtrip ticket. Recommended when you want fast ride.

Using the voucher was super easy, just tap the QR code to the train terminal and wait for it to clear. I used my phone when tapping and it was smooth, just tap and go. I suggest if you know when you'll go back to the airport, purchase a round trip ticket for convinience. Train is very spacious, make sure you choose the right platform when riding the train.

Highly recommended! Very convenient. easy to find. If you book a taxi, it would be so far from the airport. Probably more expensive than taking the train. The next station isn't that difficult to navigate. We arrived when most stores were already closed but still were able to find our way around.
