Cascades del Niàgara i Washington DC/Filadèlfia. Paquet turístic des de Nova York de 2 dies

L'hora de despertar és aviat, però no hi ha opció. Un guia diferent i no els puc preguntar si és l'endemà, em demanen que contacti amb l'agència de viatges. La mateixa empresa, però... millor comprovar-ho abans d'anar-hi. Altrament, és un esforç inútil llevar-se tan d'hora. Una mica incomprensible l'anglès.

Is two days trip but two different tour guide. Tour guide cannot contact the company to check next day tour. Made me in doubt. Pick up location was easy to find.

Though it's rush to visit the fall in 1day, But it's highly recommend for those with limited time in NY. Be sure u have a valid visa to Canada, for another nice view of the fall.

It was indeed a boring trip, all the. Stores and eatery are closed in the USA side. Amigo tours give us tourist guide which is not familiar with the place. The stop over for food is a supermarket and very limited time is given to eat and do personal things. The bus has no WIFI assuming it’s a very long trip, it’s not worth in what we pay for. The consolation that we got, is we were able to cross the Rainbow bridge, more beautiful views in the Canada Side lots of eatery and stores open. Next time Klook, give us a tour guide that can explain and speak fluent English. We had always had difficulty with the instructions.

FIRST - We came before 4am yesterday THURSDAY Jan 2 at Times Square for the agreed tour of Jan 2 Niagara Falls and Saturday Jan 4 Washington DC/ Philadelphia. Our names appeared to not be on the list and the tour guide said it was for Niagara. Plus there was no indication that the tour was mixed English/Spanish. SECOND - A few moments later another tour guide came saying we were scheduled for Washington / Phily Jan 2 then Jan 3 Friday Niagara. They cancelled Jan 4 and claimed they sent me an email informing me of the tour change but I did not get any email upon checking my inbox. Plus if I had received the email, I wouldn't have scheduled another tour for Friday. THIRD- Since I did not receive the email and I can't go to Niagara Jan 3 Friday, I immediately emailed Klook to demand a refund for the Niagara trip. The Klook agents said the tour operator is taking so long to reply on how much and when are they refunding me. FOURTH- The tour guide for Washington/ Philly sucks. Kept speaking in Spanish and taking so garbled English we couldn't understand it. FIFTH - We did not go to the Smithsonian Museum in Washington as stated in the ad. We felt shortchanged. RELY asap and REFUND my money. I prepared for this trip since September. Thanks for ending my New York trip on a sour note. STEER CLEAR OF AMIGO TOURS.

even quite a long journey (took 14 hrs return), the experience was so amazing. magnificient view. subhanallah. so beautiful.

Easy booking and wonderful experience. Tour Oprator lady (lului) was very nice , she give very useful information about Niagara Falls. Memorable tour for my life ,THANKS KLOOL TEAM
