clean and comfortable facilities. the only thing we struggled with is that we were carrying a lot of baggage and to get on the ferry you have to go up the biggest stars with your luggage, thankfully people around us helped us otherwise it would’ve been a problem.
This morning Schedule was cancelled. But the issued tickets against Klook booking reference, no problem. An early heads-up would help plan better.
was very comfortable. there was a convenience store and a cafe, also you were able to go outside and watch the ocean. only thing is that it wasn’t suuper accessible for disabled or people with heavy suitcases. there was a lift inside the actual boat, but getting up was quite difficult
Our trip was cancelled due to sea fog. Disappointment but klook was quick to refund after I reach out to them.

Everything went well with the ferry, what wasn’t good was that we happened to book late, and we were in third class… we LITERALLY had to sit on the floor for the entire 2 HOUR ride from Jeju to Wando, which I was nothing happy about! so, beware folks, try to make your reservations as early as possible, or you’ll be sitting on the floor like we were forced to do!
