We took one day trip from Ha Noi to Ha Long bay and was very amazed with the beauty of nature in Ha Long, it’s very worthy to visit there. And thank to our guide - Mr. Johny for his dedication and enthusiasm during the trip.
El trajecte des de Hanoi dura unes 2,5 hores d'anada, però sens dubte val la pena l'experiència. El vaixell és fantàstic, molt net i en bones condicions, fins i tot tenia una sauna a la segona planta al costat de l'spa (es pagava a part). L'única queixa és que de tornada a Hanoi em van posar en un autobús gran en lloc d'una furgoneta més petita, per la qual havia pagat un extra.
It was a great cruise experience! Staff were friendly and the food was good! The weather was not that perfect but Ha Long Bay still pretty!🤩

너무 좋은 여행이었습니다. 가이드 Johnny 는 완벽했고, 일정, 음식 모두 goood~~ 하노이 근교 일정을 잡고 있다면 하롱베이 크루즈 여행 적극 추천합니다. 이동도 너무 편하고 , 힘도 덜들고 엄지척입니다!!!
overall quite fun especially with the guide! but you can’t bring your plastic water bottle and they don’t provide drinking water, so you have to purchase. also additional purchase of speedboat ticket
Our tour guide, Hien, was excellent! He was very friendly and accommodating. He waited for us when we got stuck in traffic going to the meet up place, and was also very gracious to meet up with us when we left something on the shuttle. Will definitely recommend him and this tour and will book again when we come back hopefully in the summer. Would also like to commend the cruise staff at Arcady
very accommodating tour guide, I want to commend Hiip our tour guide his very friendly and polite. tha food was great and delicious. Very clean and well maintained ship.. our halong bay cruise was the highlight of our trip.
It was an amazing experience. Mr Hein, the tour guide and Mr. Kevin, the coordinator, were helpful and planned the trip perfectly. The Limousine service from Hanoi to Port was amazing and comfortable. Mr Hein gave the group enough time to explore every destination included in the package. I highly recommend taking this experience whenever you visit Hanoi, Vietnam.
