Great tour with Nancy Sue. The rain added to the atmosphere of the castle and kept tourists away, meaning wait times where quick. (note transfer not applicable as we met guide at the castle). Recommend.

La Rina va ser una guia increïble! Aquesta va ser la nostra primera vegada fent una visita guiada al Japó i va ser fenomenal. El Castell de Himeji té una història tan rica i tants detalls que fàcilment es passen per alt o no es cobreixen a la guia estàndard proporcionada per Himeji. Va ser molt divertit parlar amb ella i va respondre totes les preguntes que teníem. Crec que si també teniu poc temps, una visita guiada és la millor opció perquè realment veureu el "cor" del Castell de Himeji de manera eficient. També vaig agrair que ens mostrés llocs excel·lents i poc comuns per fer fotos! La visita al jardí va ser fantàstica i ens va explicar molt sobre el simbolisme de moltes plantes del jardí. Gràcies a la Rina, sens dubte tornarem a Himeji! No puc agrair-li prou una experiència tan meravellosa.

Guide was very knowledgeable on the history of Emoji and it’s castle. Since it was raining, she offered alternative options to continue the Tour day. I recommend.

The tour at Himeji Castle was excellent and very well organized. Everything in the itinerary was completed as planned, and the experience was both enjoyable and informative. Our guide, Nancy, was extremely professional, kind, and attentive throughout the entire tour. She explained everything with great detail, kept the schedule perfectly on time, and made sure we had a smooth and pleasant experience from beginning to end. She also went beyond what was expected by helping us with our next destination after the tour, accompanying us to the train station and showing us which train to take. Her kindness, friendliness, and attention to detail made the experience even more special. Highly recommended!

Nancy was a great guide, she was very knowledgeable and friendly. The tour was very interesting and the castle itself was breathtaking. Nancy not only knew the history but all the best spots for photos. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone interested in history!

We reall enjoyed our tour with Haru. we had a lovely 3 hours touring the castle and gardens. We felt very lucky to see the castle with a Sakura on a sunny day 🌸
