L’ambient del mercat, el que més reconforta el cor de la gent! ⚡ Restaurants de hot pot amagats en edificis residencials, esmorzars al carrer, tot això forma part de la vida quotidiana dels nostres locals. Segueix l’amfitriona i passa mitja jornada de la vida de Chongqing.
Què pots esperar
Tothom té un plat que expressa la nostàlgia al seu cor. Per a la gent de Chongqing, és l'olla calenta, no la d'un restaurant de moda, sinó el sabor antic transmès de generació en generació a prop de casa seva. En aquesta experiència, us portaré a gaudir dels bells paisatges de Chongqing i a tastar l'autèntica olla calenta "jianghu" que la gent local estima.
Hi ha una dita antiga a la Xina: "El pla del dia comença al matí". El nostre viatge gastronòmic començarà amb l'esmorzar. Al matí, començarem el dia amb un bol d'autèntics fideus petits de Chongqing. Chongqing és coneguda com la ciutat 8D, perquè la construcció urbana i l'estil arquitectònic únic de Chongqing aporten una sensació màgica a la gent. Us portaré a passejar per alguns barris molt característics per experimentar l'estil de vida de la gent local. Sentireu la nostra actitud de vida despreocupada i el nostre ritme de vida tranquil. A mesura que avança el temps fins al migdia, anirem junts a un restaurant d'olla calenta amagat en un edifici residencial. Per a la gent de Chongqing, que té uns requisits molt alts per al gust, és molt rar que un restaurant d'olla calenta hagi estat obert durant més de 20 anys.

Procés de l'experiència:
09:30 Ens trobarem a Lianglukou per esmorzar (autèntics fideus petits de Chongqing); Cap a les 10:30, amb molta energia, començarem a mesurar aquesta ciutat fantàstica i amigable amb els nostres peus. Us portaré a passejar per alguns barris; Cap a les 12:30 del migdia, us portaré a un misteriós restaurant d’olla calenta, que conserva el sabor de 20 anys de records de l’antic Chongqing. Després de dinar, anirem junts a un lloc secret per gaudir de la vista del riu des de l’aire.
Notes:
- El lloc de finalització no tornarà al punt de trobada, però el transport és convenient, amb metro, autobús i parada de taxis a prop.

I really recommend this tour to anyone who wants to get to know the real CQ like a local. The guide was very passionate about her city and took me to the less well known spots to experience it. She’s also knowledgable enough that she’s able to adapt the tour with reasonable requests. Simialraly the places she took me for breakfast and lunch weee local spots I would never have found on my own. If you like seeing the real side of a city, great food and good company take this tour.
Panda and her colleuge Cathy, were both very wonderful tourguides! They spoke fluent english and brought us to key points of the city while also explaining the rich history. They also helped us with other things that required chinese and were always available on wechat. The food they brought us to were also delicious and well loved spots by locals
The city walk was thoroughly enjoyable as it took us through the old lanes and alleys that tourists generally avoided, giving us intimate glimpses into how the old and traditional co-exists with the new and shining. Cathy, our guide, was friendly, approachable and patient as we trudge slowly up and down the many slopes of this city.

It was a great introduction to Chongqing! We went with Jingxi, who showed us around like a local. We ate at a neighborhood restaurant, explored some popular tourist spots, enjoyed an authentic hotpot lunch, and wrapped up the tour at Liziba Station. The whole experience took about 4 hours and was a fun, easy way to get to know the city. Highly recommend!

I am disappointed Panda wasnt forthcoming that she wasn’t the one who will tour us up to the minute we were chatting with her that we were already on our way to the meeting point. I have booked this 4 months ahead of the trip and was looking forward to it. It was the substitute’s first time to guide and while he was super nice, kind and takes great photos, he unfortunately had a hard time with english and we communicated a lot thru translation app. He also didn’t provide any info or stories on chongqing or the places we went to which for me are just as important in a tour. But he was a really nice person; and the places in the city are interesting and the food’s good so it was still worthwhile..
