Excursió d'un dia a Key West amb opció de tour de snorkel per a l'observació de dofins

Pros -You actually get to see the dolphins. The local tour guide & captain explain to us that 95% of the tours saw dolphins -A very good experience -Free alcoholic drinks in the boat Cons -Very bad snorkeling site (there’s really nothing apart from some ugly looking fish and seagrass) -Charged unreasonably: I booked this tour on Klook with snorkeling and dolphin watching for $199, the other guy who is also in the same bus bought only the round-trip bus to Key West for $77 and bought dolphin watching + snorkeling onsite tickets for $80 (total is $157) This is so upsetting because there is a $42 difference and I don’t understand why booking the activity in advance would cost more than buying onsite tickets. -Bus driver can do better explaining the itinerary (e.g. does not mention the return locations, does not explain if he’s taking to the activities or not, does not explain what we’re going to do next; these things can be mentioned in advance or even in detailed in klook)

我報的是西礁島一日遊（可選海豚觀賞浮潛之旅）。簡直是不能夠再差!!!!!!史上最差沒有之一!!!! 首先第一家公司會在700 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach接你，那是一台單層巴士，然後會載你到一個地方上另一台雙層巴士，賣給第二家公司，惡夢就開始了！ 那架雙層巴士很舊很破，空調跟咪高風都有嚴重的故障，你沒可能聽到導遊在說什麼，導遊也只是：this is all we have. 就帶過了。空調呢，因為太舊了馬達跟繼電器一直不停在在跳接切換。全程一直在發出極像舊式卡帶倒帶的運轉聲和啪嗒聲，在說的是來回各三個多小時一直聽到這個聲音，很崩潰!!!!! 是長時間的精神節磨～ 行程簡介內面說的很美好，什麼基拉戈、海明威宅第暨博物館、南海灘、大沼澤地國家公園等等等。事實上就是到key west以後再把你賣給第三家公司，然後跟你說17:20要回來上車點，上這架雙層巴士，然後就沒有然後了！ 賣給第三家船公司的時候，倒是不錯，12:15上船，然後3個小時在船上看看海豚、浮潛這樣子。之後下船以後就是你自己鳥自己的時間了，島上邊點到點太遠了～只能自己叫計程車。什麼基拉戈、海明威宅第暨博物館、最南點、南海灘、大沼澤地國家公園等等等，Klook行程上有顯示的景點，都完全沒有包括在行程內！ 這大概是我參加過Klook內面最匪夷所思的行程了，完全1萬個%不推薦呀！行程上說23:00完，實際上20:50就已經完結一切回到miami上車的地點了，妥妥的圖文不符呀！ 乾脆你直接說這只一台連接Miami跟key west的交通專車更合理吧！
