We had 2 days premium snowboard + outerwear rental; outerwear had limited designs to choose from and the board we got on the first day was a bit worn out, so we did a swap for the second day and Jack (from Devon, UK) gave us an excellence service.
great place to hire ski equipment and they pick it up from my hotel so no need to drop it off which is good!
Staffs at Rhythm Niseko were very helpful. They make sure that all four of us had a good fit for our boots, jacket/pants and snowboard. They were also very kind to send us and the gears back to the hotel. After the lesson, we left the gears at the hotel and they came to pick them up. Very good service, recommended.

The return process is quite simple and convenient. The store is large and offers a wide variety of options. The prices are not cheap, but overall, the experience is quite good. However, the rental gear is somewhat old—the zippers are hard to pull, the pants don’t fit well and are quite loose, and some buttons were missing, which I hadn’t noticed when picking up the set. I informed the staff that the pants were too loose, but they said there were no other options available.
Marco was our assigned snowboard trainer for 6 hours. He was very friendly and versatile in his command of both English and Mandarin. He was also clear in pointing out our mistakes and how to correct them. He was also flexible in customising the session to our needs of both sharpening our basics and a quick tour of Mt Niseko.
Location is very near to grand hirafu. the pickup is convenient and hassle free. 100% recommended to book the gears in advance.
