Amazing experience! My guide was Richard and he was welcoming, friendly, and an overall incredible guide. He explained a lot about the historical and cultural significance of things and also answered any and all questions I had about Melacca or Malaysia in general! He also gave recommendations on different experiences or food to try in Melacca and Kuala Lumpur. And he's happy to help you take photos at tourist spots. Thank you Richard!

We recently booked the Malacca River Cruise and Historical Tour with Lunch, and while there were some positives, our overall experience was a bit disappointing. Starting with the good: our driver, Mr. Siva, was punctual and very kind. He maintained a soft-spoken demeanor throughout the trip. The itinerary itself was great, with highlights including the scenic river cruise and visits to historical landmarks in Malacca. However, there were several aspects that could be improved. As a tall traveler in a group of four, the vehicle provided was uncomfortably small. Three of us were cramped in the back seat, leaving me with very little legroom for the 2-hour drive from Kuala Lumpur to Malacca. This made the journey quite unpleasant. Additionally, while Mr. Siva was polite, his soft-speaking voice made him hard to understand. Unfortunately, we received little to no guidance during the tour, which felt more like a basic transport service rather than an immersive guided experience. There was minimal interaction between Mr. Siva and our group, which was disappointing. He seemed to engage more with locals than with us, leaving us to navigate and explore on our own. While we enjoyed the destinations, a more interactive driver/guide and better transportation arrangements would have significantly improved our experience.

the tour guide was nice and friendly and had a nice walk at Malacca even though it was extremely hot we had a good time. also had to enjoy a drink at the oldest bar.

I did not tell them, but it was my birthday on the day of tour. I was solo travelling. I loved how the tour guide, Mohammad, made us all feel special. He called us all by name and remembered us each. I learned alot from his history, he gave us ample time for our needs, and he was sooo kind, i just wnjoyed everything. … About Melaka, it was beautiful. I am a Christian. It was a big difference from the islam/hindu vibes of the rest of Malaysia. I think I want to stay a night here next time i am in Malaysia

Both the driver and Mr Kugan where on time and Kind. The guide took a picture of me for remembrance. The vehicle was very comfortable. However we have not entered a single building even a museum or old malayan house except the place where we ate and a ruined building where's there's nothing in it. The cruise was also surpringly boring unlike any other cruise that I've had. The guide just points to a landmark and explain. We were given 1hr free time and I just used it to rest and get a massage because it's too hot outside. I'm a traveller but for me, this is a waste of time and money. Not worth 100usd.better go there yourself.
