めちゃくちゃ便利でした！ベネツィアからローマへ移動する列車の時間までの観光の間に使いました。ベネチアホテルは泊まるのには高いので荷物だけ預けてベネツィア観光ができ、こういうサービスはとってもありがたいです。

The address written in Klook was different from what was sent in the email. We would have not booked if that will be the case since we would be needing assistance going through a plight of stairs on the bridge with luggages weighing almost half of our body weight. We booked a luggage storage in Florence too but that time it was correct

The Stasher app which is linked to this activity has some bug on the date selection, do double-check the dates period before proceeding or else you may book wrongly for the luggage stored and there is no way to amend it once you get there. I had to re-book my storage request on the spot.

預ける荷物のサイズ制限なしとの記載があり、スーツケースを預けたくて購入しましたがホテル側には小さな手荷物のみの予約になっており追加料金を払う必要がありました。ホテル側に送られているメールを見せてもらいましたが最初から小さな荷物のみになっていたため大きなスーツケース等は無理です。現地で5€前後で荷物預かりがあったのでここで購入しなくていいと思います。

千萬別選Klook的寄托行李，他們不選商家到了寄方行李處說沒接到單給QR Code也不可以，而且寄放處在偏僻的小巷內，還要我重新付款後來我就到別處寄放，跟Klook反應他也沒處理也不退款，跟Klook買的行程已經好幾次出包了，真的是沒有信用的商家

指定の場所に荷物を持っていったところ予約がないとのことで預かってもらえませんでした。なんとかその場で現地価格で支払うことで荷物は預かってはもらえましたが、アプリ経由で支払った金額の全ては返金対応してもらえませんでした。
