Staff were polite and helpful. It was clean and spacious. Drinks and snacks are 24hrs available. Dinner is much better than lunch, and allows for queue number table reservation during dinner hours. Lunch may need to share table with others as it was crowded and free seating. My fave dinner dishes were the lobster, cavier, free flow salmon sashimi, and soup. For lunch, nothing exciting, only the pork knuckles, xiaolongbao and free flow haagen-daz ice cream. Their special bbtea was yummy and available during lunch and dinner. I had fun gaming for 4 hrs in total (at different time slots) at the games section, before retiring to a private room/space booked before hand to rest for the night.

The culinary luxury on display during dinner easily rivals high-end five-star hotel buffets. Seafood lovers will be in paradise with the unlimited supply of succulent live lobster and freshly shucked, plump oysters. For those looking for more premium treats, the lavish spread also features rich caviar and beautifully crisped, succulent roast goose that melts in your mouth. ​The sheer variety extends heavily into the beverage selection as well. You are completely spoiled for choice with a massive lineup of drinks, including unlimited pourings of premium red and white wines to pair with your gourmet meal. If you prefer something alcohol-free and deeply refreshing after a long, relaxing soak in the tubs, the free-flow, sweet fresh coconuts are a massive hit. ​To top off an already spectacular dining experience, they serve authentic Monthong durian. The fruit is exceptionally fresh, perfectly creamy, and so sweet—a dream come true for durian aficionados. ​

Les instal·lacions del jacuzzi i la dutxa eren fantàstiques! Hi ha una àmplia gamma d'instal·lacions d'entreteniment disponibles com a extra. Pel que fa al bufet Star, van lliurar els articles promesos amb caviar il·limitat, llagosta, cranc de neu, pernil J5 i molts més.

the food spread was really awesome. lounge sofa beds super comfy and the in-house robes just made me want to buy a set of my own to use as PJs.

The experience was good. It was really nice facilities with lots of staff accommodating to you, but I felt that it was a bit too much. I would have preferred less staff asking me what I needed everywhere I went. The dinner buffet had a lot of food options, but it wasn’t exactly seasoned to my taste. I rather preferred the late night snack instead. There were unlimited fruits and drinks that you could have anytime. many of the services were additional pay like massages or gaming.

這是我第一次去內地的Sap館體驗 主要是覺得有馬Spa內部的餐點都蠻高檔且很實在。就是有一點覺得不是很理解的是為何大堂不採取分流方案 寧靜區域（無聲）與 有聲空間（會打呼）全部在一起睡覺真的是睡眠品質會大受到影響 還有就是大堂內部睡覺時服務人員可以穿着靜音的鞋子或拖鞋～要不走在木質地板的聲音超級大声非常影響睡眠！至於按摩項目的部分我個人覺得很靠運氣有的很厲害按摩的，但有的就按的挺不舒服的！所以這次總評以環境與軟硬體設備都很好 差評就睡眠空間配置與按摩師傅水平要有待加強其餘都還是可以的！

price doesn’t include dinner even though it says it includes star buffet meals. it will be an additional 299RMB. highly recommend getting foot massage and pedicure as the masseuse targets your pressure points! the guy I had was super thorough and would ask if my pedi was to my liking. sleeping is public and if you don’t like kids talking loudly, loud snoring, farts and sounds of Chinese douyin…then book a private room. For dinner buffet, make sure you go around 5:40pm to secure a table as it fills up fast and many mainlanders will push you or budge in front of you. if you call them out some of them will apologize 🙄 amenities are great but the makeup is unsanitary, as everyone uses the same brushes,mascara wand etc.

the buffet is awesome. the food is really good. I will highly recommend. the spa facilities are tremendous and so clean. the staff are so efficient. try the yoghurt and the strawberry tang Hulu.

El bufet és increïble, però els serveis són de pagament. La massatgista és molt bona! Et preguntaran si vols fer més tractaments, però sense insistir.

food, ambience, bathe, ushering service is definately 200%. must come and experience this!
