Great guide, but avoid public holidays! We had a wonderful day exploring Busan with Grace! She was right on time and incredibly helpful. We had done some cultural research beforehand, so we loved hearing her overview of Busan's history and her personal stories of growing up in the area. Because we visited during a public holiday, heavy traffic and long queues meant we had to skip Dongbaek Island. A tip for future travelers: avoid public holidays if possible! Traffic will slow you down, and the company charges extra fees for going over the 8-hour limit. Highly recommend Grace as a guide!

Tot va anar molt bé per al viatge. El conductor és bo, vam fer un tour privat amb l'Irene i ella ho va organitzar tot per a nosaltres. Pot parlar tant anglès com mandarí. També va fer fotos increïbles de la nostra família. Recomanaria molt a qualsevol que busqui un tour privat per Busan.

Aquesta és una excursió d'un dia que estic encantat de reservar amb l'Irene com a guia. Vam visitar moltes atraccions a Busan en un sol dia, incloent-hi una estona divertida fent les atraccions de Luge. Tot gràcies a l'Irene, que és amable, alegre i pot conversar bé en xinès. És la primera vegada que visito Busan i no serà l'última.

We got a private tour with Irene. She was amazing! Excellent communication, very accommodating, flexible. We visited places we wanted to see & more. WhatsApp is the tool of communication. She communicated in English well; helped us with many things due to language barrier. Highly recommend Irene. She went above & beyond for us.

it was an awesome tour arranged by Irene! our guide & driver Mr. Austin was highly knowledgeable and kept guiding us throughout our trip. He could speak good English as well and flexible diring the trip to modify the itnerary depending on our choices as we travelled with teenagers. overall an awesome and fun-filled trip in Busan 👍🏻

We were a group of 5, including 2 elderly, and our Busan tour went really smoothly. Both Miss Irene and Mia were so kind and accommodating the whole time. They made sure everyone was comfortable, especially our seniors, and shared a lot of interesting stories about each place we visited. Everything was well organized and stress-free. We truly enjoyed the experience — highly recommend this tour and the amazing guides!

Irene and the driver were incredible! Great details about Busan history and very flexible in accommodating our families requests ages 10-55! Definitely the best tour we have had so far during our travels in Japan and Korea. Plus a super comfortable ride. Despite the rain it was a great experience.

We traveled as a family of 4 to Seoul and then arrived to Busan. This tour was the highlight of our trip to Busan. First Irene contacted us to confirm the schedule and then Austin reached out to us. We are a group of 6 people, and asked to be picked up at our hotel. Irene and the driver greeted us graciously and patiently at the hotel entrance (my group had old people so we were often late). But Irene was very patient with us and also very flexible with the itinerary! She's a native to Busan, so she knew a lot about the history and hidden good food spots. We went to the Haedong Yonggungsa temple, Gamcheon Culture Village, and other places. She knew the best photo spots and always offered to take our family photos. Later in the day, we ended up at a cafe overlooking the entire Busan, enjoying the sunset. Our trip was fulfilling, relaxing and private- would definitely get her again if we go to Gyeongju!
