El fotògraf va ser molt professional. Em va guiar sobre com posar, on mirar i em va ajudar a sentir-me relaxada davant la càmera. També em va deixar revisar les fotos durant la sessió per assegurar-me que m'agradaven. Les fotos van quedar precioses i les vaig rebre molt ràpid, només un dia després!

This was easily one of the highlights of our trip. The staff was incredibly kind and worked with impressive efficiency. Most importantly, they were wonderful with my 4-year-old son, making sure he felt completely comfortable and happy in his kimono. We also hired a photographer, and it was the best decision we made—they knew exactly where to go to capture beautiful shots in the quieter, less crowded areas. I highly recommend booking the photography package.

The staff did my hair very nicely and made it match my kimono perfectly. You can also choose the hairstyle you want from their options. They work very professionally and carefully, and the final result looked beautiful.

員工和攝影師Roku都非常好，之前在京都比較趕，反而在東京可以讓我們揀了又揀，一點也沒有催促我們，照片很美，在淺草寺那裡不斷有外國人找我合照，都說我很美。。。哈哈哈！

Wearing a kimono at Asakusa with Sarario was such a beautiful and memorable experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helped me choose a style that matched my personality perfectly. The dressing process was smooth and professional, and they paid attention to every detail—hair styling, accessories, and the fit of the kimono.

I got the Characters Kimono package so it’s Sanrio characters - I got the Hello Kitty (red) and my friend Kuromi (black/purple). The space is so calm, quiet, modern and clean - unlike the other kimono rentals where it was super hectic. They were very nice and smoothly led us to each step. They have lots of pretty kimonos and yukatas. The whole process was around 1.5 hours with hair and wearing the kimono. They had loads of hair decoration, it’s so cute~ You have until 5pm to walk around Asakusa and eat some street food!! Highly recommend if you want cuter kimono :3
