The storage counter was easy to find, with clear instructions, and the staff was incredibly helpful and responsive on WhatsApp. They made sure my fragile items were well cared for, and even accommodated my request to retrieve my luggage earlier than planned. My only suggestion would be to offer an option to drop off luggage in Terminal 1 and pick it up in Terminal 2 (or vice versa) even for an additional fee. Overall, a great experience!

Very convenient. Go to ICN Departure Level 3F. There will be rows from A to N. You just have to walk over to row N right at the end. And look for counter 25 (MIRAE). There will be a staff there to attend your luggage. If no one is around, you just stand at the counter. Cause the staff may be sitting nearby. Collection was fast too. Handover the ticket number and you can collect luggage already. We collected our luggage at 0730 hours. A staff was there to attend to us.

The dropoff counter is at the far end of the departures level, so if you're taking the bus then get off at Gate 14 so you wouldn't have to walk far. The dropoff and pickup process was simple and convenient. I got to fully enjoy Seoul on my last day.

How to go to HHoliday Storage 1. Go to 3rd Floor of Terminal 1 2. Look for Section N 3. Go to Counter 25 MIRAE They are open from 6am (not sure) to 10 pm The owner of this storage service was very accommodating and nice. We stored our luggage here twice. They are very prompt in giving our luggage.
