Quan vaig decidir visitar la Xina per primera vegada, com a dona que viatjava sola i no parlava mandarí, no sabia què esperar de l'experiència. Però estic molt contenta de poder dir que tot va ser increïble. Des del moment en què vaig fer la reserva a Klook fins al moment en què em van deixar per al meu vol de tornada, tot va estar perfectament organitzat i gestionat per l'empresa de viatges. Va ser molt fàcil contactar amb la gent de l'empresa i fer preguntes en qualsevol moment (literalment 24/7) utilitzant WeChat. La mida reduïda del grup va ser fantàstica. Va significar tenir companyia sense sentir-se aclaparada per la multitud i l'activitat d'un grup més gran, que és típic de les empreses més grans. El conductor va fer una feina excel·lent i fins i tot ens va donar bona informació durant el trajecte i ens va fer fotos fantàstiques. L'itinerari està ben organitzat: vam passar una mica de temps a altituds més baixes com Lijiang i Dali abans d'anar a llocs com Shangri-La, cosa que ens va ajudar a aclimatar-nos. L'empresa proporciona un mocador facial (protecció UV), un coixí de viatge inflable i una bombona d'oxigen per fer el viatge més còmode. En general, va ser una experiència excel·lent i la puc recomanar de tot cor.
