Tai Chiw Fai, was exceptional! He arrived on time and waited for us, which was greatly appreciated. The car was comfortable and well-maintained. As a driver, he was skilled and careful, making our journey feel safe and relaxing. What really stood out was their knowledge of the region. Thanks to the wonderful service provided to my family and me by driver Mr Ken Ooi! He is very warm, knowledgeable about the places and really made our trip with him very enjoyable! He knows the traffic condition very well and managed to drive us around to the places we want to see very smoothly. Only minus is the vehicle Aruz which was a 6-seater mpv for 6 of us and I had to cram in the middle seat. Upgrading the vehicle was bit too late. Despite this, everything was great and we will surely use his services again for the good service!
