GOOD: Risemount Da Nang is a premier in city resort compared to similar Da Nang boutique accommodations in the area. The ambiance is Santorini inspired, with gorgeous blue baby grand piano in the center of the lobby. They serve afternoon tea either by the Elia Bar's pool side or in the air conditioned lobby. The high tea snacks were simple but generous for the price. Their staff are polite and quick to serve. COULD BE IMPROVED: We requested to replace the tea with coffee but they were quite firm on no switching. Maybe a little flexibility considering Vietnam is known for their coffee which they should promote.
this place is such a beauty, absolute breath taking , redemption is hassle free, the queue is short , it takes rougly about 5-10 minutes to get the ticket. the description of the tour is very detailled.where to redeem, where to meetup, tour guide is entertaining, kind and friendly. trip is highly reccommanded. everyone likes to beautiful things isnt it? go for it!
it’s a nice relaxing place to have your tea time with your friends or family. nothing special about the tea (store bought) nor cakes, sliders, and sandwiches served but the ambiance made up for it.
excellent service provided by the waiter/bar man. spoke well and explain about the provision of high tea.
食物質素高，侍應服務周到，但只是坐在大堂lobby享用下午茶，環境較嘈雜和欠缺景觀。
The high tea was excellent and served by the swimming pool. Very relaxing afternoon with the use of the pool with all the services.
予約してバーコードを見せてアフタヌーンティーを楽しんだのですが、ティーブレイク中に支払いをするよう2度もスタッフがやってきて、支払いに関して二重に取られる心配があった。最終的にこちらの言い分が伝わったようですが、予約の仕組みをKlookとサービスの供給側は、共有してほしいです。 内容については、食べ物はそこそこ美味しいし、雰囲気も大変良い施設、価格もリーズナブルでコスパの点では良いと思います。 機会があれば、またアフタヌーンティーを楽しみたいです。
体験：プールサイドのバーでのアフタヌーンティでした。音楽がうるさく、酔っぱらって騒いでいる人たちの隣でのアフタヌーンティなので、全く落ち着けませんでした。
