El te de la tarda al Grand Lobby de l'Hotel Raffles Singapore

it was a experience once in a lifetime for my partner and I, the service is excellent and would recommend it to anyone who wants spoil their partner,

High tea was good as the small bites and pastries were delightful. Thoughtful service staff who even came up with a birthday pastry. What a relaxing afternoon at The Grand Lobby.

What a wonderful way to experience high tea steeped in rich traditions. The atmosphere including ambience of the environment and music courtesy of the harpist was beautiful. High tea itself was delicious & throughly enjoyable capped off by wonderful staff. Unfortunately I found the Klook website not as satisfoctory, Raffles offers 4 high tea options however the Klook website only offers one & I found the detail to be ambiguous and trying to clarify prior to purchasing the voucher as non existent and the "chat" function was too restrictive which meant I could not get a straight answer and in the end had to validate with Raffles directly & given you need to make a booking with Raffles anyway, it would have been better to deal directly from the start - there were no savings being made by using Klook !

This lived up to everything I had hoped for. Atmosphere, great food and lovely staff. We were celebrating a special holiday, and received a special cheesecake for it. We indulged in a glass of bubbles which topped the whole experience. We left with a bag of leftovers for later.

氣氛很好～現場有豎琴演奏，另外也會給茶葉的樣本讓你挑茶，現場人員的服務也不錯。不過食物不錯吃但蠻普通的，沒有到令人驚艷，但口味OK。若是有比較悠閑的時間，去用個悠閑的下午茶還不錯👍

食事は見た目も味も大変素晴らしかった。しかし、ドリンクをオーダーしても一向に提供されなかった。3回目にオーダーしたらすぐに提供されたが、最初にオーダーしてから既に50分経過していた。３回目にオーダーを受けてくださったスタッフは、とても丁寧に対応してくれたが、ドリンクがないことにどのスタッフも気が付かなかったり、ドリンクがなくなりかけても、追加のオーダーを取らないなど、サービスの質にはがっかりした。たまたま、不運が重なっただけかもしれないが、これまでに経験したことがない驚きの体験だった。

An exceptional traditional afternoon tea in a luxurious setting, go hungry and take in all of the splendour of Raffles. A definite must do when in Singapore

마리나베이샌즈에서 많이 멀지 않아서 접근성이 좋습니다. 싱가포르는 다 고층건물인데 이 호텔은 생각보다 크지않으며 고풍스러운 느낌이 있습니다. 직원들은 전체적으로 친절하고 음식도 깔끔하고 맛있습니다. 가격에 비해 가성비가 좋진 않으나 분위기가 좋으니 한번쯤 가볼만 합니다.

Great service and good taste of desert/sandwich/scone with tea. Had a wonderful time with friends.
