Dominik is a terrific guide. He is friendly, considerate and responsible. I trust he had walked us through the whole KV, showing us all the attractions and highlights. The tour is really worth for money.

Such a great day out! The city is stunning and clean and the springs are an awesome, different experience. You MUST try the thin waffles too! absolutely delicious. Our guide Dominic was fantastic. He showed us so many things, was patient and well informed. Dominic made the trip even better.

was a fun experience tasting different spring waters an visiting the town! visiting during Christmas is also an extra bonus as the town is also well decorated.

가이드 포함 3명이서 투어했습니다. 가이드는 체코 사람이었는데 우리가 한국인인 줄 알아서 그러신디 한국식 인사도 해주시고 친절하셨어요. 적혀있는 것과 달리 출발은 8시30분, 프라하 도착은 오후 6시 정도였습니다.

前一天買都可以成團。今天只有我2個跟領隊共3位。 簡單一點，我們包團呀，一早到巴士站找了很久 不確定集合點。四處行行走走尋找。到了7點45分 也不知在那裡等。非常緊張。見到有Karlovy vary巴士 ，但又被巴士司機點了去第二個地點。好彩有位導遊過來問我是否今天的團友。最後都是上巴士過去，坐了很久彩到達。但到達了後 沒有後悔來到。導遊講解得很好。👍👍👍聽了很多及休閒漫遊了一整天 。

Dominic是個非常貼心的導遊，從我們剛下巴士想上廁所，他擔心我們沒克朗零錢，直接幫我們刷卡付廁所費。中途請我們吃了在地的溫泉威化餅，很耐心的解說當地的歷史、建築和溫泉，也給我們很彈性的時間讓我們開心的拍照和到處亂逛。午餐我們想請他吃飯，他還不好意思讓我們請客。我們另外請他幫忙處理寄行李的事，他也很樂意幫忙。真的很少看到這麼熱心的年輕人，尤其是在這次旅程遇到的很多冷漠的外國人中，真的難得。

I had a wonderful time on the tour. Everything was well organized, informative, and enjoyable. Hana was very kind and professional, which made the experience even better. I truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely recommend this tour to others.

Hana的導覽非常棒，很專業，前一天就用簡訊與我們聯繫，行程結束前還送我們兩小瓶利口酒，也有準備紙杯給我們品嚐溫泉水，可惜的是這個行程的定價太高，也沒有送Diana的纜車票，溫泉小鎮的景點太單調，凸顯不出行程的價值，浪費了一個好導遊，不然我們可以自己搭巴士過去就好
